Date Water Chana chaat Fruit chaat Air fried chicken roll After 1 hour half cup coffee ☕️ with stevia 25 minutes treadmill 8 incline 4 speed Burn 500 calories 15 minutes few exercises and stretches Late dinner 🥘 Chicken tikka with half naan ( today I was busy so couldn’t prepare roti )😒 20 minutes walk after dinner Water intake 8 glass Will have my sehri very light beacuse dinner was very late

Day 15 - Suggestion needed
Last Night / Dinner: Chicken karahi + chicken malai, 2 chapatis + half aloo naan + 1–2 slices of bread. Heavy but satisfying meal. Sehri: 2 boiled eggs, Half naan, Half cup chai. Light but manageable. Iftar: Chana + fruit/veggie chaat mix, 2 dates. Went to gym, then Tauseq dropped a cheat dawat 😂 Dahi vada, rolls, samosa, pakoras. Instant carbs hit. Post-workout: 2 scoops Anabolic Mass, Finished leftover chana chaat, Cup of coffee. Then straight sleep till Sehri. Overall: messy structure, but still consistent. Question for you guys: Do you prefer seeing: 1️⃣ Raw routine videos (how my day actually goes — messy meals, gym clips, real life) or 2️⃣ Simple posts like this where I just share the daily log and lessons?
