End of week (CNY) check in
Thursday - did a little less walking because the rain decided that I belonged indoors for the day. Friday - a lot of walking because the rain had enough. So the doggo got some time outside as well. Saturday - did a quick mobility session before dinner. My aunt was in a mood so we had dinner over at her place. Then played fireworks 🧨 with my cousins after - reliving childhood memories. We played "dangerously" 😅 Sunday - back to barre! It was a chill session, just to ease back into it after a whole week off, as evidenced by our pre-class photo. I was mid-stretch and my teacher told me to just put my hand up. "Oh okay" 📸 😂 and later in the evening did another round of workout. I never thought I'd say this but, it felt so good to workout with weights again. When a tattoo keeps you away from the weights, and when you get back into it, and you feel like "yes, this is the burn I'm looking for" 😂 felt damn good. With one week reduced to light exercise, plus festivities and lots of food, I'm glad to report that I still lost 0.4lbs (0.20kg). 😂🙏 I call that a win 😁

BIGGEST TEST
I just finished my first binge session ever in my lifetime. First one since starting the program and my weight loss journey. Started with protein waffles 🧇 with fruits, yogurt and maple syrup. Seems harmless enough. Not when you always have the same breakfast normally. Then the soup was so good I ended going back for seconds. At that point I was already at the end of my calories of the day normally but it was only 1pm. Worry creeping in and having to drive back home. One thing lead to another. I ended up eating to keep myself busy and stop myself from nodding 🙂‍↕️ my head to sleep when driving on the highway. 🛣️ I ate some chicken and popcorn 🍿. My Fitness Pal had never had this much calories. I’m nervous but mostly a little nauseous. I’m having a hard time to having guilt or regret about the popcorn and chicken.
