Most people train hard but never build actual muscle. Here's why
Here's the uncomfortable truth: effort without structure is just cardio with extra steps. Watch the video and… Drop a 💪 if you're tired of spinning your wheels and staying small 🥲

Client Spotlight ☺️ Rayven!
I want to take a moment to talk about @Rayven Maalona ✨ Before joining the BBB 1on1 coaching program, she wanted to: - To be healthy and fit to where I can be active without feeling pain - Walk long distances or uphill without being tired - To not worry about being at risk of any health problems that run in her family - And to be fit enough to help my family if it ever came to them needing assistance. She struggled with knowing the very BASICS. And that's what most people actually need. Just to be pointed in the right direction. And to have real, human support sprinkled into it. The result? You can it hear it for yourself ♥️ We're so proud of you -- and we're thrilled that you're sharing your experiences in this community. Shoutout to coach @Tyler Lo for your unwavering support 💪

💧 Hydration Challenge Results + A Small Lesson
Quick share from a challenge I’m doing outside of Skool… Team Red took the win (again ❤️), and it got me thinking— This wasn’t about “who drank the most water.” It was about consistency, awareness, and simple habits done daily. 💡 What I Took From This: • Hydration is one of the easiest wins we overlook • When you track it, you actually do it • Small habits (like drinking water) build momentum into bigger ones • Community + accountability makes “simple” things stick 🙏 Personal Note I was also really honored to receive a shoutout for encouragement 🥹 That reminded me that sometimes the biggest impact isn’t what we do for ourselves… 👉 It’s how we show up for others 🎯 Going Into the Next Challenge (Bingo Week) Same mindset: Keep it simple. Stay consistent. Stack small wins. Because at the end of the day— 👉 Every bit truly counts 💬 Just sharing in case this helps someone: Start with water. You’d be surprised how much it shifts everything else.

Keeping promises promises results
Monday - an announcement requiring all participants for the upcoming race to be at Monday training arrived late Sunday afternoon. Thus how I ended up on the water that evening. (Only to learn on site that whatever important announcement that it was could just have just been over the group chat) But I digress. It was a good session with beautiful weather too, so all good. Tuesday - my actual dragon boat training day. The performance wasn't as good and it shows in the video. Alas, there are good days and not so good days. We move on. Wednesday - as promised, strength day. Upped to the bigger weight for the tricep & bicep workouts. Those dumbbells were slow-moving as I fought gravity through the movement. Also, I need to switch to single-leg RDLs (or something else) because I've maxed out on the conventional style with my dumbbell. Gonna try the single leg variation next strength day because I know I have balancing issues. Everything feels a wee bit better now that the blood cycle has passed. Today's joy: I wore that one dress that I had put away for a while because I didn't like how I looked in it - it fits so much better now and I was feeling bonita 😊 hehe
