Perfect time to introduce Coach Kevin 🫡🏆
Allow me to formally introduce one of our BBB 1on1 coaches, @Kevin Teachanarong 🔥 He just competed in his first BJJ tournament and struck GOLD. And I remember our first conversation (with Coach @Tyler Lo too, who’s taking a break after a knee procedure) about joining Jiu Jitsu about a year ago — like, “Yaaa, I don’t know. I’ll just give it a go and see what happens”. Dude has been so consistent and disciplined ever since. And for the first time in his life, he got the taste of REAL competition. Literally another grown ass man trying to choke you out 😌 That feeling of adrenaline, fear, uncertainty — that’s a feeling not everyone gets to feel in their lifetime unless they do something really hard. And “hard” looks different for everyone. I met Kevin at my restaurant years back. We shared common interests like lifting weights and getting swoll 😆 I felt so much synergy that it was a no-brainer for me to ask him to join my coaching team. He’s helped over a hundred busy professionals achieve amazing body transformations, including @Valerie Frey and @Jennifer Crafton in this community. I'm not sure why it took me this long to utilize this resource, but 5-Day Fat Loss Sprint here I go!!! My goals are to get my body fat percentage to 20% and increase muscle. I'm going to focus on hitting my protein goal daily, staying within my target calorie range, and continuing to do strength training 3-4 times per week. I'll focus on these things for the next 12 weeks and see where I am then. I am worthy, and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes.
Day 0 - Setting a goal
I’m aiming to slowly bring my body fat down to 20% in 2026. To do this, I’ll be using the anchor strategy rules, making sure I’m eating the perfect plate and getting plenty of NEAT. I’ll keep tweaking my approach and strategy to get closer to my dream goal over the next 12 weeks. I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes.🙌🏼💪🏼
