Update! Some Accountability
I have to get up at 430am to work out, mostly because I will talk myself out of it if I do it later and also because I work long days a few days a week and I’ll be too tired to do it in the evenings. But I didn’t sleep well last night and turned my 430am alarm off. So, I am putting this here so I will work out when I get home this evening because today is not a long day at work. I’ll probably have more energy and run faster and lift heavier because it’s not 430am in the morning. So, let’s see if that’s true. Done! Thanks for the accountability! I didn’t lift weights due to a nagging muscle strain I can’t seem to recover from, but walked instead. Still a win!!
