I want to take a moment to talk about @Rayven Maalona ✨ Before joining the BBB 1on1 coaching program, she wanted to: - To be healthy and fit to where I can be active without feeling pain - Walk long distances or uphill without being tired - To not worry about being at risk of any health problems that run in her family - And to be fit enough to help my family if it ever came to them needing assistance. She struggled with knowing the very BASICS. And that's what most people actually need. Just to be pointed in the right direction. And to have real, human support sprinkled into it. The result? Noticed my neighbor’s garage was open all day—felt off. Reached out and found out they’re on their honeymoon 🥹 They asked if I could close it, so I did… and brought in their trash bins too so they wouldn’t get a ticket 🙌 Sometimes it’s the smallest acts that bring the biggest peace of mind 💛
🔥 Mindset Shift: Don’t Punish, Just Reset
My step son came over today and the kids wanted Wingstop 🍗 Then… my partner was still hungry and wanted pizza 🍕 I went with them, but I didn’t eat—I was already full 😆 After eating, my step son said: “I ate so bad today… I’m gonna hit the gym and do extra cardio.” I paused and asked, “Can I share something my coach taught me?” ✅ Coach @Darren Liu just posted this and shared my knowledge. He said yes 🙌 I told him: 👉 Don’t punish yourself with extra cardio or starving tomorrow 👉 That just leads to burnout and feeling miserable Instead: ✨ Enjoy what you ate today ✨ Tomorrow → go back to your normal routine ✨ Hit your protein goals ✨ Train like you normally do BUT here’s the game changer 👇 🚶‍♀️ Daily steps (minimum 7K, no rest days) That’s what actually drives consistent fat loss without exhaustion. His eyes lit up 💡 And my partner backed it up—he’s been seeing progress just from increasing his daily steps. 💬 Moral of the story: Consistency > punishment Sustainable habits > extreme reactions
