I want to give a shoutout to one of my clients for a second. Runs two businesses. Young kids. Stressed. Felt like he living at 20% of his potential before coming to me. We didn't need any dramatic speeches for this guy. He didn't need praise. He just quietly did the work. The most important thing about Eddy's success is that he was ADAPTABLE when life got busy. That's how he could sustain such a dramatic body transformation. He just keep rolling. Just a grown adult handling business consistently. I think social media has convinced people that progress is supposed to look loud. But most of the strongest, healthiest people I know are actually pretty boring with their habits. They just do what needs to be doneโ€ฆ over and over again. And eventually people start noticing the results. I met him in Shanghai last year and he was so excited about his future with his new lifestyle. He told me his relationship with his wife also made a 180 in the right direction. Gotta love it! If you're stuck, I'm a DM away ๐Ÿ’ช Shoutout Coach @Kevin Teachanarong

Something new I built for the community ๐Ÿ‘‡
One thing Iโ€™ve noticed in here is that a lot of people want to get stronger and build muscleโ€ฆ but feel like theyโ€™re guessing in the gym. Random workouts. Random exercises. Trying to copy what they see online. So I decided to build something for this group. I just finished putting together a full STRENGTH BLUEPRINT training course that walks you through how to train properly without overcomplicating things. Inside it I cover things like: โญ๏ธ The foundations of strength training โญ๏ธ The main movement patterns you should know โญ๏ธ 3 complete workout programs depending on how many days you train โญ๏ธ How to build your own programs later โญ๏ธ And a full exercise library you can reference anytime I also included a section explaining the science behind muscle building in a way that actually makes sense. The idea is that once you go through this, you should never feel like youโ€™re guessing what to do in the gym again. Iโ€™m offering it to the first 30 members here for $27 lifetime access. I love rewarding action takers! ๐Ÿซก No subscription. Just a resource you can use whenever you want. ๐Ÿšจย The course fee will be bumped to $49 after the first 30. If youโ€™re interested, comment STRONG below and Iโ€™ll send you the details. And if youโ€™re not someone focused on strength training right now, no worries โ€” the regular content in here isnโ€™t changing. Just wanted to make this available for those who want it ๐Ÿ‘Š

I am putting in the effort to add cardio to my routine. I want to take care of my health the best I can since I am blessed with a capable body. I have never been a runner but I'm trying to convince myself that I like it (or at least can tollerate it enough to just do it). I was on my usual walk today (about 2 to 2.5 miles), and I thought of what @Valerie Frey talked about during the live last night. She said she was surprised by how well she is able to tollerate running now! And it happened naturally. That inspired me, and I decided to run for several chunks of my walk. It felt good. Eventually, the goal is to be able to run the whole route. I've gotten used to lifting (I am in phase 4 of the 1 year workout plan book I originally bought back in 2018 and never stuck with for more than a couple of weeks but will finish in July eeeek!!!), tracking my meals, doing mobility, etc., so it's time to see what I can do as far as cardio goes. Thank you, Valerie, for the motivation!!! I'm so happy that I started following Darren last summer, and I think the addition of this community has absolutely helped me stay on track this whole time. Love you all!!!๐Ÿ–ค

๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Wellness Wednesday: The โ€œSame Treadmillโ€ Territory Wars ๐Ÿ˜‚
My partner is VERY observant at the gym. Likeโ€ฆ he has nicknames for all the regulars and knows everyoneโ€™s routines without ever talking to them ๐Ÿคฃ Heโ€™s also a creature of habit and insists on using the same treadmill for cooldown because itโ€™s near the door and gets the nice breeze. Well apparently thereโ€™s another regular who loves that same treadmill tooโ€ฆ except according to my partner, the guy smells like a chain smoker ๐Ÿšฌ๐Ÿ˜… Every week I hear the same complaint:โ€œWhy is HE always on MY treadmill?โ€ I finally told him:โ€œBabeโ€ฆ there are 30 other treadmills. Move one over and your problem is solved.โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚ Sometimes in fitness โ€” and honestly life โ€” we create stress by refusing to adjust when the easiest solution is flexibility. Moral of the story:Protect your peaceโ€ฆ even if it means giving up โ€œyourโ€ treadmill ๐Ÿ˜
