The most boring fat loss tool… that works stupidly well 🧠
Skool peeps, I’m going to ask you a slightly annoying question… What if fat loss wasn’t stuck because of your diet?? 🄲 What if it was something way simpler that most people ignore because it feels too stupidly basic? I recorded a Loom šŸŽ„ about the habit that quietly fixes plateaus for a huge chunk of people I coach. And before you guess… It’s not: āŒ Fasted workouts āŒ More cardio sessions āŒ Eating less donuts It’s something that changes how many calories you burn every day without feeling like exercise. When people dial this in, I usually see: - Fat loss restart without changing calories - Better energy - Less pressure to ā€œdiet harderā€ - Less joint and body pain - Less hunger It’s extremely unsexy, which is exactly why people skip it. But once it clicks, mannn the changes. šŸ‘‰Ā A lot of you already have this dialed in, but if you want the breakdown, comment MOVE and I’ll send it over. If you feel like you’re doing everything right but progress is slow… this might be why. I’ll even explain how you can lose 1 lbs a week with this habit without changing your food!

Client Spotlight āļø Kevin Liu šŸ’Ŗ
He’s not my real brother @Kevin Liu Although my older brother’s name is also Kevin Liu šŸ˜† (legit brother from another mother) We met through basketball when I first moved to Bangkok. Fast forward to last year when my coaching business was thriving. Kevin got curious. He always thought his body was ā€œokayā€. He was comfortable. Never really thought twice about going through a structured program to help him get in shape. I guess hanging out with me often finally drove his interest to the point where he proposed a deal with me: ā€œI will pay for your program in full. If you can help me get a six-pack in 3 months, given that I do the work, you will buy me the TV of my dreamsā€ I thought to myself… ā€œso he’s basically asking me to coach him for FREEā€. I thought about it a little more. I know Kevin. If I help transform his life, he’s going to be a believer FOREVER. He’s going to talk about me very highly to his network. He’s going to refer me. The impact will spread even further. So I went with it. He was laser-focused. Showed up daily. Tracked his food. Sent me photos. Asked me a lot of questions. He learned FAST. 3 months later, not only did he achieve a six pack for the first time in his life at 40… his confidence skyrocketed, his energy stable, and his purpose in life took a major shift. ā€œI need to be the best version of myself for my daughter. I want to be there (with energy) when she grows up.ā€ I’m telling you guys — we are not a weight loss program. That’s an understatement. Even an insult ā˜ŗļø We arm you with the tools so build your best body. And then we sprinkle human support every day to ensure you get there smoothly. By helping level-up Kevin, my circle leveled up big time too! Proud of you, brother! More work to be done šŸ”„ P.S. He’s also an awesome teacher of communication, debate, and relationships :) Follow his IG šŸ‘‰ www.instagram.com/drkevinliiu

No bake cookies
Made these cookies yesterday. They are Dangerously good. Mash the banana in a bowl 🄣 Add 1 cup of oats ( I only had quick oats) Chop your dates 4 to 6. I used 6. I hear you can bland them in a food processor. I didn’t!! Add them to your bowl 🄣 Add the cocoa powder. Add your peanut butter powder or regular. I got this no sugar added one from Costco. Finally add 4 tbsp of water. Mix it all well then make them into cookie shapes and put them in the fridge.

Tracking Is a Skill — Give Yourself Grace
One thing I want to share with everyone in this 6-week challenge at my F45 Studio as we’re learning to track our meals… Tracking might look easy for me, but that’s only because I’ve been doing it for over a year now and honestly, I’m still learning. It didn’t become second nature overnight. For those who are new and feeling frustrated with logging, weighing food, or figuring out what to enter in MFP… that feeling is completely normal. Tracking is a skill, just like learning a new exercise in the gym. The first few weeks can feel confusing and even a little annoying. But here’s the mindset shift that helped me: Tracking isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning and building awareness. Some days your entries might not be exact. Some meals might be estimates. Social meals might feel harder to log. That’s okay. Even imperfect tracking still gives you valuable data and helps you understand your habits better. The goal isn’t perfect numbers — the goal is progress and awareness. If you stick with it long enough, you’ll look back a year from now and realize how much easier it becomes. Keep showing up, keep logging, and give yourself grace while you’re learning. šŸ’Ŗ
