My game plan for the day is to get back to some good routines. Still in recovery mode, but excited and plan to get in a strength training session starting at 60% with RPE 5-6 and feeling like I could do a little more. Energized at the end not exhausted. Feels good to get back after 3 weeks which felt like a lifetime.
Prepped breakfast yesterday
Scrambled egg bake with 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, cottage cheese and a little Motzarella.
Will have a a banana with this.
Will take a lunch of a salsa black bean and corn chicken that I have frozen from a previous dinner. Will bring some fruit we have left over - pineapple, grapes, strawberries.
Snack - pre workout will be a bran muffin - from and . Already ready to go. Dinner - hubby plans to make today, but will focus on protein and vegetables.
Still working on re-introducing fiber as tolerated.
Slow and simple plan to get back at the basics.
