Day 29-31: One month in BBB 🎉
Stepped on the scale this morning after accidentally eating first. Voice in my head said “you’re probably heavier.” Been stuck in a plateau for 4 days.
Then it went down.
What I expect vs reality often aren’t aligned. That’s the game - small deposits daily, trust the process.
Not every day has been perfect. Tried a new tea too late the other night and the surge of energy had me up working through until morning. Which totally collapsed my habits the next day. Lesson learnt 😅😂
But today is about celebrating 31 days of consistent photos and daily weigh-ins. January has been great thanks to the BBB community and course that you unlock at Level 3. Usually takes me 60 days to build a new habit - this happened in half the time because of the energy here.
I’m going back to daily updates. The accountability keeps me honest and there’s something about reflecting each day that makes the change feel real.
The jacked dad journey continues.
