Day 27 - Community Flywheel Worksheet

This lesson is the one that I want to master! Building a community around my channel. I am trying and gaining a little traction! I have a newsletter that people can subscribe to and a community page so we can gather. So far I have 10 subscribers to the newsletter and no takers on joining me on my skool page! I will not be discouraged. Build it and they will come! I looked back at my 1st month doing YT and I had 13 views and 5 subscribers. Low numbers do not sway me, however, I do need to learn to be more friendly, inviting, offer value, be fun to hang out with. I don't know what the magic sauce will be, I feel it is coming. The ground work is laid, I am ready to receive! Bring it on!

I did my first live this week, I think that will be a way to be my joyful self, instead of the one who talks about tough topics! Also, I did a short promoting the video that goes out today, yesterday and it has had almost 1000 views. So, the tide is changing!
