Day 13 - Creator Breakthrough Series (Launch Strategy: How to Get Views on Video #1)
Growth Note: As I work this challenge, I find myself needing to update and fine tune my notes and my workbooks. So I took the time to note all of the thumbnails and titles of the challenge for my upcoming challenge days. The previous days were done as I started each challenge day. I found it encouraging to see all the thumbnails with titles at once, so I printed those for quick manual reference. I still learn through hard copy sometimes. I already have the challenge link in my daily calendar and in my YT Biz Bookmark Tab. Now with that done, I feel an advancement in organization and I can move on to studying and applying this challenge day... Now for This Day: I like how Alexa suggests asking open ended questions for this lesson. I do that often, but haven't done this as much on my past YouTube videos. That is going to change from this point forward. These are major steps of success to the after-video publishing process. This will be added to my "checklist/cheatsheet" once I finish creating it, which will be ongoing throughout this entire challenge. So, Day 13 is Doneāœ…, as you can see in my attached notes! But even more work will be done because I have added this to my video posting steps. Phew! This is a lot of work! A full-time job even! I am up for it and ready!!!šŸ‘ŠšŸ¾ Side Info: -Current Niche: Teaching Gift Basket Biz Startups -Pivoted from: Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse Accountability Tags: @Yvette Bowlin @Jenny Sharratt @Dajana K. @Michael LeJeune @Cam F @Travel Gran @Jaye Brunner @Eddi Pinegar @Adam Tinkoff @Ricardo Solomons @Dawn Ponsford @Monika Astara Murphy @Andy Asher r @Deb D @Laura Niebauer @Cat PInegar @Virgil Rucker

I had to double check the photo because our notes look so similar! Great mindsā€¦šŸ˜Š I think we’re also similar in that we like to make extra work for ourselves, which is so beneficial in the long term. Just when you think there can’t possibly be anymore to learn Alexa drops some more nuggets to incorporate into our process! Working through it so thoroughly really helps it to sink in so we can use it on our channels. Wishing you a pleasant evening @Dr. Saundra Stancil😊
Day 30 - The Creator Identity Worksheet
Part 1 - Clarity Over the last 30 days, I learned that clarity comes in public spaces. Participation, positing, asking questions can only happen with other people. My confidence has grown because of the encouragement and direction from my friends in this tribe! You all spark my heart āœØšŸ’– Your channels are not just made up of topics, it stands for something, and since working the steps and material that Alexa provides for free, has helped me bring clarity to my channel and give it a vibe. A place for people to feel seen and learn the current mess of their lives does not dictate their future. If I can help people get that, I have done a good job in my life and I will be satisfied. šŸ”„ Part 2 - Consistency I learned even when plagued with a bronchial condition that prevented me from talking, you can still post on a regular basis when you put into place the lessons learned here about batching. That Lesson Paid OFF! šŸ’° Part 3 - Connection There is a level of magic that happens when you show up for others, šŸ‘‰šŸ½ they show up for you! Maybe it’s not magic, it just feels like it. The community connections in this tribe alone was worth joining it and responding to comments here builds confidence to comment on your channel. This is a great practice ground for asking questions, giving encouragement and receiving it! šŸ’ Part 4 - Reflection I now answer the question, ā€œWhat do you do?ā€ With, ā€œI am a content creator and a community builder.ā€ If they want to know more, they ask, if not, oh well! The surprise of this entire journey is how much fun it is and there is no age limit to dictate if you are any good at it. It is all about your willingness to show up, grow and give away what you know. What would I tell myself on day one? Every step you take on this journey is a step forward, you will finish if you just keep taking steps! And I did FINISH! I have about 30 minutes to celebrate, šŸŽ‰šŸŽ† then on to a thirty day challenge learning how to build a skool community! Oh and this next thirty day challenge needs to be done in 7 days! If you want to know why, ask!

Congratulations @Jaye Brunner 🄳 šŸ™Œ It’s one thing to hear these words from others, but when you’ve learned them from hard works and commitment it’s so meaningful. I’m glad we made this challenge a good experience for you and am so glad to have been moving through it with you. Best of luck with the Skool challenge, I’m sure it will be easier now you have a system of getting the CB challenge completed daily. See you in your next livestream šŸ’•

Day 29 - Creator Growth Audit Worksheet
As the challenge is coming to an end, I think the work will begin! I am now familiar with the YT alphabet soup - CTR, AVD, and looking trends. This challenge is looking back over the last 30 days. April is a month I made a significant shift in my tone, going from teacher to friend. Or I hope that is my vibe. I think the numbers are reflecting that change favorably. Part 1 Performance Review Of all the numbers, which have stayed steady since January, except CTR, it is steadily going up. From 1.6% in February, to 3.3% as of yesterday. I did get 11 subs in Feb. the last 300 days and additional 19. To me that is the number that makes me smile! Part 2 - Experience Review Knowing that Monday’s and Thursdays are everything YT and Skool has freed me up the rest of the week to actually have a life! I am not saying I don’t tend to YT and Skool the other days, I do, I just don’t have blinders on and my nose to the grind stone the rest of the week. Part 3 - Direction Review - My next focus is learning Skool with as much intensity as I put into learning YT for the next several months! Ā  - I want to learn to use an outline or bullet points to film videos with.Ā  My livestream yesterday, tells me I need to practice, practice, practice!Ā  I am a mess without a script!Ā  All over the place, which adds to editing time! Ā  - I will be heading out in our RV in 3 weeks, and I do not want to loose the momentum I have built, a schedule will help. Part 4 - Reflection Summary Doing this challenge with others on the same journey is priceless. Be the bold one on your journey and invite others to join. Some will say yes and some will not respond. That is the nature of the game. This lesson has benefitted me well on my channel and it will as I move forward building my skool community. You only have to be one step ahead to lead others on the path you are on, in fact if you get too far ahead too fast, you may find they have fallen off. Learning to be mindful, of my starting place in life, before being transformed is where I need to go back to an start there as I invite others to a transformed life I know is available through stepping out and stepping ups one step at a time.

@Jaye Brunner that’s ADHD Jaye. I meet a lot of undiagnosed people, and after being diagnosed myself later in life, and raising two kids who were diagnosed very early I am very familiar with the signs. I’ll be talking a bit about this in my live tonight if you get a chance to watch the replay. I loved your chair lift analogy- it makes the learning feel a bit more fun. I know you will meet your Skool goal, but I’m not 100% sure your laundry made it to the drier after you finished writing the last message!šŸ’•

Day 14 CB challenge āœ…
I had lots of insights after watching my first video. All of the emotions I had making it came flooding back. Most of all I just felt proud, of where I started and where I am now. This process has been so good for me and I know if I keep going I will continue to grow personally. On to day 15 tomorrow- the halfway point😊 We’ve got this @Jaye Brunner @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Ricardo Solomons @Dajana K. @Cat PInegar @Virgil Rucker

@Dr. Saundra Stancil sorry it took me so long to respond. I joined a couple of Skool communities that send a lot of notifications so I’m not as responsive to my Skool alert anymore. I haven’t worked on the challenge for a couple of days and will get back to it ASAP. You’re absolutely right that we need to do it in our own time - step by step. Hope to see you in my live stream at 6pm EST if you have some time to join.

@Dr. Saundra Stancil I actually left a few groups so I can stay focused. I’ll rejoin them when I’m done. I’m just going to prep for my live stream. I’ll see how I feel after that - maybe the positive energy will help me dig through my analytics.
