The 6 Figure YouTube Business is happening in 16 days
Day 20 - Improve Fast: Analyze Your last 5 Videos
Always a mystery all the numbers! I like watching them grow! When I started being serious about YT in December, my CTR was in the 1% area. Today, between 3.2 and 5.2%! That is saying something! The retention at 30 seconds in December averaged 35%. Today's average on the last 5 videos right at 50%, again the numbers are going in the right direction! The AVD was actually better in December than today's mini analysis! Like I said always a mystery! I don't mind looking at them, they are not my driving force! I want to increase my CTR for sure. That is getting my thumbnails and titles to align better. Practice. And I would like to increase the retention rate across my videos. Make videos more interesting throughout. With determination, grit and a desire to get better, it will happen. You all will be able to say, I knew her when. And I will reply, you helped be get here! On to Day 21. @Jenny Sharratt @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Cat PInegar @Eddi Pinegar
Day 8 Done ✔️
I needed a change of scenery to get this done so I went to a public library. I hope to record this video and have it posted by Friday. Thanks again for the faith and encouragement @Jaye Brunner @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Eddi Pinegar @Adam Tinkoff @Dajana K. @Ricardo Solomons @Cat PInegar

Day 21 - Momentum: Staying Consistent When Motivation Fades
Consistency is a system, a plan, a roadmap! For me it is a check list, a to do list, an old school manual calendar and remembering why I started in the beginning! A big part of this YouTube journey is knowing or figuring out what works BEST for you. My way will not possibly be your way. I can easily be persuaded to go play with friends! They all know, I am working on Monday's and Thursday's. Since my friends and I are all retired from punching a clock, that was more of an adjustment for them, than me! @Jenny Sharratt this is the lesson I reference yesterday about setting your schedule like a professional. Not exactly Alexa's words, mine. Going from no schedule at all to a set schedule at first was hard. Once I saw MYSELF as a professional YouTuber, it has made it easier to show up. I had lots of bad habits to break since going professional 😂. I channel may not look like a professionals YET, it will, because I am all in to make this YT channel the beginning of my Community funnel. It's coming, I feel it. Thank you everyone who takes time to give me honest feedback, and who have consistently cheered me on! @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Jenny Sharratt @Eddi Pinegar @Cat PInegar
Day 9 Done | Film with confidence
This, and my beautiful friend @Jaye Brunner helped me get over my two week posting block. Making this video showed me that I have camera confidence, it’s something else stopping me from hitting record. Probably a thousand tiny things. I am proud of my perseverance though and am already working on day 10. It will be interesting to see how this performs on my channel. Edits were kept to a bare minimum. Used Gemini AI to help create a quick thumbnail and no video description yet. Thanks again to my amazing micro community: @Jaye Brunner @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Eddi Pinegar @Cat PInegar @Dajana K. @Ricardo Solomons https://youtu.be/0_GrJWd7ryI?si=Ras68QJnXso0EwO8
30 day recap
Over the last 30 days, I’ve shown up… and that alone feels like a win. When I started this challenge, I wasn’t sure what would happen — I just knew I needed to stop thinking about it and start doing it. And now here we are, 30 days later. In these 30 days: • I’ve gained over 60 new subscribers • My Shorts brought in over 10,000 views just last week • And I’ve had over 200 comments and reactions in that same time That might not sound huge to some people… but to me, it’s proof that something is working. I’m still not at 100 subscribers. I haven’t had a “big” video yet. But I can feel the foundation being built. I’m learning how to speak more clearly. I’m getting more comfortable on camera. I’m starting to understand what people connect with. And maybe the biggest thing… I didn’t quit this time. That alone is different. This challenge showed me that growth doesn’t come from one viral moment — it comes from showing up, refining, adjusting, and staying with it. So thank you to everyone in this group. Your support, feedback, and energy has helped more than you probably realize. This is just the beginning. Now we keep going @Cat PInegar @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Jenny Sharratt @Jaye Brunner @Dajana K.
