Day 4 of the 30-day creator challenge is done.
Today I spent some real time working on the Meditation Kitchen YouTube channel. I updated the description, cleaned a few things up, and started thinking about the next step — organizing the content as the channel begins to grow. When I started this, the idea was simple: cooking. But the truth is, it’s never really just been about cooking. Meditation Kitchen is really about a way of living. Cooking is just the doorway. Food brings people in, but once they are here I want them to discover something deeper — slowing down, living with intention, maybe even discovering a little more peace in their life. So now the challenge for me is figuring out how to start blending those things together on the channel. Cooking videos are the foundation, but I’m also beginning to make videos about the lifestyle around it — meditation, yoga philosophy, and the lessons Cat and I are building inside the School of Yoga Lifestyle. One thing I realized today is I’m going to need playlists soon. The channel is starting to branch out. Something like: - Meditation Kitchen Recipes - Yoga Lifestyle - Cooking Stories from India - Meditation & Mindfulness That way the channel stays organized while still letting the bigger picture unfold. I’m trying not to overthink it this time. Last time I attempted this challenge I got too deep into the details and lost momentum. This time the goal is simple: Keep moving forward. One day at a time. I’d really appreciate some constructive feedback.Take a look at the screenshots of the channel page and description and tell me honestly: - Does the channel make sense when you land on it? - Does it feel like cooking… or something more? - Anything confusing or missing? This is still early, but I can feel the direction starting to come together. Day 4 complete. – Eddi @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Jenny Sharratt @Dajana K. @Jaye Brunner
