100 Subscribers
Hey everyone, Just wanted to pop in and share a quick win with you all… we just hit our first 100 subscribers on the Meditation Kitchen channel. It might not sound like a huge number to some, but for me, this feels like a real milestone. Especially coming from where we started just a couple weeks ago. We’re on Day 14 of our live morning meditations, showing up every single day, and I can feel things starting to build. The consistency is doing exactly what this challenge said it would do. The shorts have been doing really well too—getting more views, more engagement, and slowly reaching new people. It’s been interesting to watch what connects and what doesn’t, and just keep learning as we go. I also want you all to know—I am reading your posts. I see you showing up, pushing through, figuring it out. I just haven’t been as active commenting because we’re getting ready to go work a retreat this weekend, and things have been a little crazy busy on our end. I’ll be back on more next week once things settle down. But seriously… I’m proud of all of you. You’re still here. You’re still posting. You’re still moving forward. That’s what this is really about. Let’s keep going. @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Cat PInegar @Jenny Sharratt @Jaye Brunner @Dajana K.
30 day recap
Over the last 30 days, I’ve shown up… and that alone feels like a win. When I started this challenge, I wasn’t sure what would happen — I just knew I needed to stop thinking about it and start doing it. And now here we are, 30 days later. In these 30 days: • I’ve gained over 60 new subscribers • My Shorts brought in over 10,000 views just last week • And I’ve had over 200 comments and reactions in that same time That might not sound huge to some people… but to me, it’s proof that something is working. I’m still not at 100 subscribers. I haven’t had a “big” video yet. But I can feel the foundation being built. I’m learning how to speak more clearly. I’m getting more comfortable on camera. I’m starting to understand what people connect with. And maybe the biggest thing… I didn’t quit this time. That alone is different. This challenge showed me that growth doesn’t come from one viral moment — it comes from showing up, refining, adjusting, and staying with it. So thank you to everyone in this group. Your support, feedback, and energy has helped more than you probably realize. This is just the beginning. Now we keep going @Cat PInegar @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Jenny Sharratt @Jaye Brunner @Dajana K.
Looking for Your Insight on Channel Growth
Hey Tribe, One of the things I’ve always appreciated about Alexa’s Creator Boost Tribe is the sense of togetherness—that “we’re all in this together” mindset. That’s exactly why I’m reaching out. As I mentioned in the last live, a true competitor to my channel popped up about two weeks ago: https://www.youtube.com/@Stillinthefightveteran Honestly, I’m pretty blown away. In just 14 days, they’ve grown to over 10,000 subscribers and appear to have already reached monetization. For context, here’s my channel: https://www.youtube.com/@agingstrong While our channels aren’t identical, they’re close enough that I feel like there’s something important I can learn—especially when it comes to engagement and growth. I’ve been growing steadily, but this really showed me there’s another level I haven’t tapped into yet. If you have a few minutes and are open to it, I’d truly appreciate any thoughts, feedback, or insights on what they might be doing differently or effectively—and where I might improve. I know everyone’s time is valuable, so thank you in advance to anyone who’s willing to take a look. It really means a lot. Much appreciated 🙏 Andy

This is interesting, I just looked at both channels but don't have time right now to view them. Not sure if I will even have any insight because I'm new at this and not even close to your caliber of a channel. That being said I'm going to check it out.
DAY 30 — Creator Identity
Hard to believe we’re already here. Today wasn’t about strategy, thumbnails, or analytics… it was about identity. Who am I becoming through all of this? Over these 30 days, I can see the shift. Less overthinking. Less waiting for things to be perfect. More just showing up and doing the work. And I think that’s the real lesson today… You don’t become a creator by thinking about it — you become one by showing up, over and over again, until it starts to feel like who you are. I’m starting to feel that now. Not “trying to make videos”…Just being someone who does. There’s still a lot to learn, a lot to improve, but it feels different than Day 1. More grounded. More clear. More real. I’m going to take a little time this weekend and put together a full 30-day recap — really look back at what changed, what worked, and what I learned through all of this. Appreciate everyone who’s been on this journey together — it’s been fun watching all of us grow through it. Let’s keep going. @Cat PInegar @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Jenny Sharratt @Jaye Brunner @Dajana K.
DAY 29 — Growth Audit (What I’m Starting to See)
Today was a step back kind of day… Up to this point I’ve just been moving — filming, posting, learning, trying to apply everything as it comes. But today made me slow down and actually look at what’s been happening over the last 30 days. And the truth is… something is happening. Not huge numbers. Not viral videos. But movement. I’m starting to see what people respond to…Simple, real content.Things that aren’t overthought.Either a strong hook… or something that brings people into an experience like the meditations. I’m also seeing where I get in my own way. Overthinking.Trying to apply everything at once.Spending too much time on small details instead of just posting and learning from it. That’s probably been the biggest lesson so far… You can learn all of this, but if you don’t keep showing up, none of it matters. There’s a balance here —learning… but not getting stuck, improving… but not waiting for perfect. From a yoga perspective, it feels like practice. You don’t master anything in one session . You show up, you do the work, and over time something starts to open. That’s what this feels like right now. Not finished. Not polished. But opening. Going into the next 30 days, I’m keeping it simple: @Cat PInegar @Dr. Saundra Stancil @Jenny Sharratt @Jaye Brunner @Dajana K.
