I took the Features & Benefits from the link and put it into a document that can be used as a part of a knowledge base within a GPT or Gem. Then, when you go to create content the GPT or Gem knows all about the platform and everything that is possible. This can be used to create social media posts, content or more. I just wanted to share this. I am impressed with how realistic the Ai agent has become. I told the Ai to start mentioning the barbershop's loyalty program when replying to the reviews. Read below, what the reply included. "..... As a valued customer, don’t forget to take advantage of our digital loyalty programme—your 7th haircut is complimentary as our way of saying thank you for your continued trust. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best regards," Can you imagine the SEO juice this will add? Can you imagine how this feature alone could make a difference between closing a sale and losing it to a competitor? @Giacomo Chinellato I can't tell you how thankful I am of all the work you and the team are putting into this tool.
