💸 First sale thru affiliate
Yay, today my affiliate made his first sale (=600 €) since he started diving into the topic of review management. 🎉 He's an old-school offline sales guy with years of experience in the food service industry. Now he's approaching restaurants, cafe and bars in his region presenting them our solution. He makes the sale, I care about the onboarding, he gets a commission. Easy.

@Martin Pleissner, very good!!!
Quick UX question: Agent Activity vs AI Sentiment Analysis (Client Mode)
Hey everyone 👋 Quick question to see if I’m the only one noticing this. In Client Mode, on the first page I’m seeing both the last 2–3 weeks of Agent Activity (SEO Agent) and the AI Sentiment Analysis next to each other. For me, that layout is a bit confusing. Both blocks are valuable, but when they sit side-by-side it feels like the page is trying to tell two “primary stories” at once. Especially for business owners who log in fast, scan fast, and decide fast. Personally, I’d prefer the AI Sentiment Analysis to be the main focus on that first page. Sentiment is the “pain/trigger” that hits the owner directly (and it’s the easiest way to create internal buy-in with staff: “we need to fix this now”). Agent Activity is great too. I just see it as secondary, or better placed on a separate tab/section. What would you prefer on the first page: 1. Only AI Sentiment Analysis 2. Only Agent Activity 3. Keep both, but change the layout (how?) Curious what other agency owners think...

NFC Cards
Ive been tuning in to @Wayne Connell training sessions. I am not all up to date with these NFC cards. From my understanding, I can use an app to create clients links and then connect it to the NFC card. I generally solve clients online and marketing issues, so I generally need to understand how the flow and connections work for a program to do its thing. Is there a certain app that should be used or best used for this? Is it a free app or paid? If a client leaves, can they manage their own links? Do the NFC card need to have a QR code printed on them or is scanning coming from within? (I know this seems like a dumb question, I dont completely understand how these work exactly) Thanks'

@Semir Jo I have my stand/plaques/wristbands etc. printed with my brand only for NFC. I don't want to confuse the customer. As I see that NFC will be common (as we are going to pay using NFC more and more and failure on QR when the code is 'corrupt') I go on fully for NFC.
This Week’s Development Plan
Hi Climbers, here’s what we’re focusing on this week. One of the biggest improvements is that Agency Mode will become accessible directly under your own domain, without the need for a CNAME configuration. The long-term goal behind this change is much bigger than just convenience. In the future, when we introduce more advanced team members and sales team features, your collaborators will access Agency Mode directly from your own branded domain, without ever seeing Climbo branding or infrastructure behind the scenes. This is an important step toward making the platform feel even more like a completely independent SaaS under your brand. We’re also happy to say that the Google Sheets integration has finally been approved by Google and is now ready for release. This will allow businesses to automatically import contacts directly from spreadsheets without relying on external automations. Another major focus this week is the beginning of the Climbo MCP development. We’re starting to build the infrastructure that will allow AI systems and external agents to interact with Climbo in a much more advanced and structured way. More details on this soon. We’ll also release the new review link compliant experience, based on all the discussions and feedback around Google policies. The goal is to create an experience where customers can always easily choose between leaving a public review or private feedback, while keeping the flow optimized for conversion and fully compliant. More updates soon, and as always thank you for all the feedback you keep sharing in the community.

Great update again @Giacomo Chinellato 💪🏽 A question about the Agency Mode becoming accessible directly under your own domain, without the need for a CNAME configuration. Does that mean the clients review link needs to be updated again (I just changed the clients Climbo 1.0 review link to the Climbo 2.0 review link on their NFC products just a few months ago). As a lot of them are not tech savvy it's a lot of work/time. The Google Sheets integration being approved by Google is very very pleasant news!!!

Thanks for your response @Semir Jo. If how you explained is the way it works, then I haven't say anything 😁
This Week’s Plan: LLMs Ranking Analytics + GEO Agent Improvements
Hi Climbers, this week we’re focused on closing the loop on Client Mode, by building one of the most requested features on the roadmap: LLMs Ranking Analytics, inside the Visibility section. The goal is to allow your clients to track their visibility in answers generated by LLMs for local prompts like: “Suggest me the best [category] in [city]” We will track rankings across multiple LLMs, including ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. For each platform, the user will be able to see their position and, most importantly, the reason behind that position. For example: “You are ranked #8 on ChatGPT because you don’t stand out enough on TripAdvisor. We recommend getting more reviews on TripAdvisor to improve your ranking.” This is key because each LLM evaluates different signals and pulls data from different sources: Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, websites, local content, reviews, mentions, authority, and more. With this feature, local business owners will finally understand not just where they rank, but also why competitors are ranked higher or lower than them. At the same time, we’ll continue improving the GEO Agent based on your feedback. In particular, we’ll work on giving users the ability to view the topics the agent uses to generate articles, and if possible, also edit and add custom topics. We’ll also improve the images generated for articles by upgrading to the new OpenAI Image 2.0 model, which is significantly more powerful and produces higher-quality visuals. As always, we’ll share progress during the next AMA. This week is a big step toward making the Visibility section even more powerful, actionable, and valuable for your clients. Also, today — as every first Monday of the month — we have the Sales Accelerator live with Wayne Connell. Add it to your agenda here: https://www.skool.com/climbo/calendar?eid=ebdd586679584830bb206df7adc60bde&eoid=1777924800
