Agency Team Management Feature Request
I would like to suggest adding a Team Member Account feature inside Agency Mode. This would allow agency owners to invite staff members, assistants, account managers, or sales reps into the agency dashboard with their own login access. It would be helpful if the agency owner could control permissions, such as allowing team members to manage specific clients, view reports, send review requests, create posts, reply to reviews, or access billing only when approved. I would also like to suggest an Account Manager option where clients can be assigned to a specific team member, with the ability to track sales commissions or recurring commissions for each client they bring in or manage. This would make Climbo more scalable for agencies with sales teams and account managers, while keeping the main agency account secure, organized, and easier to grow.
