Training my Ai agent - game changer?

I just wanted to share this. I am impressed with how realistic the Ai agent has become.

I told the Ai to start mentioning the barbershop's loyalty program when replying to the reviews.

Read below, what the reply included.

"..... As a valued customer, don’t forget to take advantage of our digital loyalty programme—your 7th haircut is complimentary as our way of saying thank you for your continued trust. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best regards,"

Can you imagine the SEO juice this will add? Can you imagine how this feature alone could make a difference between closing a sale and losing it to a competitor?
