Our goal is to create an environment that is positive, collaborative, and focused on meaningful contribution. This is not simply a forum; it is a shared space where agency owners, marketers, and entrepreneurs support each other in building long-term software businesses. To maintain a constructive and professional atmosphere, we ask that all members follow the guidelines outlined below.
1. Identification
We ask every member to maintain a complete Skool profile, including a real first and last name, a profile photo, and a short personal bio. We are building a community of professionals, and openness is essential in creating trust, credibility, and genuine collaboration.
2. High-Quality Contributions
Before posting, consider whether what you are sharing adds value to the community. Use clear and descriptive titles, explain the context behind your question or insight, and choose the appropriate category. Aim to make your contribution helpful to others, not just yourself. When everyone contributes thoughtfully, the community becomes more useful, more supportive, and more inspiring.
3. No Account-Specific Support
General questions that can benefit the wider community should be posted in the Support category. However, issues related to your individual white-label setup, billing, login, or technical bugs should not be posted in the community. These must be handled through a support ticket inside the Climbo platform (Help β Support), which allows our team to properly track, prioritize, and resolve your request. This community supports Climbo 2.0 only. Questions related to Climbo 1.0 are not supported in the community forum. If you still have questions about Climbo 1.0, please handle them privately through a support ticket and not via public community posts. Please do not contact the Climbo team through private messages or external channels for support requests. Always use the support ticket system or the community in the appropriate sections to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone.
4. No Negativity or Disrespect
We expect conversations to remain positive, civil, and respectful. Insults, aggressive language, discrimination, offensive remarks, and any form of toxic behavior will not be tolerated. This standard applies equally to interactions with the Climbo team and with other members. A healthy community is built on mutual respect.
5. No Spamming
Self-promotion, advertising, affiliate links, misleading content, clickbait, and repeated unsolicited offers are not allowed. If you want to share a tool or resource, ensure it is genuinely useful, relevant to the community, and free from promotional intent. When in doubt, ask before posting.
6. Respect the Rules
The Climbo team reserves the right to remove posts or comments that violate these guidelines, issue warnings when necessary, and remove members who repeatedly ignore the rules after being notified. These measures exist to ensure that this space remains safe, constructive, and welcoming for everyone.
7. Have Fun & Participate
This is your community. We encourage you to share your wins, lessons learned, challenges, ideas, strategies, and experiences. The strength of this space depends on the engagement of its members. Your participation can spark new ideas, help others grow, and create relationships that last.
This community is for people who believe in building with Climbo for the long term. Repeatedly spreading negativity, doubt, or discouraging narratives about the future of Climbo is not aligned with the spirit of this space. Climbo is here to stay, and this community exists to support those who want to grow with it. If that mindset doesnβt resonate with you, this may not be the right place β and thatβs okay.
Thank you for helping us build a strong, respectful, and valuable community. We look forward to growing together! πͺ
