Here is what Lydia has to say: In an ideal world, our brains waves flow nicely from an excited state to a focused state, a visionary state to meditative state, and onward to a deep sleep state. Frequently, more than one of those states is happening at once. If things get rough, stressful, or traumatic, the intersections of those waves can become jagged. If we have some sharp edges after a rough day, like getting some bad news, taking a fall on our skis, or getting in an argument, usually we get back on track after some sleep if the system is healthy. We take extra steps to guide our brains back to calm, such as bathing, hot tea, yoga, or meditation, and when that happens, we're often able to fall asleep and hopefully get deep sleep.But what if sleep is broken? If our stress becomes chronic from things like ongoing hostility at work, or a single event such as a house fire that causing injuries, homelessness, and an inability to show up at work, we find ourselves getting less and less quality sleep and becoming more stressed during the day. Yoga and meditation may not work if brain waves are too volatile and misaligned. When we feel anxious and can't recover, we might turn to alcohol or sleeping pills. I'm a mother, a daughter, performer, teacher, community member, and I'm a survivor who's overcome impossible life odds. I came out the other side at peace. Why? In all my degrees and certifications - Applied Art, DMA in Music, Performance Coaching, Meditation Facilitation, Hypnotherapy, Positive Intelligence, Circle Leadership, Policy Governance, Board Leadership, NOLS, I've found one unifying factor that's helped me: FREQUENCY. By the end of this session, you'll have a clear understanding of controlling frequency in your life.

Simple Full Guide to Nuance For Healing
(Don’t want to read? Scroll to the bottom to watch my video on this) Let me tell you a story, back when I was younger I used to just blindly follow what people told me about the healing process. I didn't question it. I didn't think too much about it and to be honest that was the right move up until I got to a certain point, a certain point where I got "advanced". Yes this is an important topic. It's under talked about but there is a lot of nuance for healing. Let me just explain. Whenever you begin your healing journey, what's most valuable is just turning off your brain and listening blindly to the general advice and not questioning it too much. Once you've made progress in this area, then it's when there's nuance that's when you can use your intuition and it can be valuable. I just want to talk about it because this is for the more advanced people. How can you use this as a tool? Lets get into it. Part 1: Defining if you are ready for the nuance rule Like I said before the milestone is where you have healed your trauma by 25% with the trauma tests online, thats when I believe your own intuition can be valuable, as there was someone who I helped who after he got to that point he more just did what he want then a couple months later he had healed by 50%. Part 2: Using the nuance rule. How you can use this as a tool? Well the reason it is so valuable is that it can save you from so much overthinking and questioning things and just overwhelming yourself. Whenever you have this little rule in your healing, then it means you no longer have to ask ChatGPT, "Oh what's the most optimal way to regulate the nervous system by healing trauma?" You don't have to go for all that overthinking, which, can really improve your life quality. Just doing what you want is the simple answer to implementing this rule and it will just save you a headache in your life and honestly make you better decisions. That's basically all there is to it.
