Where do you go to chat with your friends at work?
Why, the WATER COOLER, of course! See schedule below. ⬇️ On Friday, our drop-in water cooler chat (not watercolour), will be open to ALL members at ALL tiers! And what's even better is that almost every hour will be hosted by a different VIP member of the CLASSIFIEDS! THESEE ARE COFFEE CHAT DISCUSSIONS, not presentations. 😉 Check out your calendar to find out when the six hours start for you in your time zone, and then pop in and out as many times as you want! How fun is that?!?!?! The Schedule: TIME/HOST - TOPIC OF DISCUSSION First hour/ @Faith Adebayo - Getting activated in the CLASSIFIEDS Second hour/ @Diana Frank - What are YOU in your business Third hour/ @Nathaniel Parant - Heart Beats Fourth hour/ Open - member led discussion about whatever you want! Fifth hour/ @Celia Kibler - Gratitude Sixth hour/ @Katya McEwen - The power of the subconscious mind More about your hosts: Faith Adebayo is an OG Skooler and also a moderator in the CLASSIFIEDS. She has spent 20 years in the teaching profession. Building community culture and creating safe spaces where people feel seen, safe, and belong is her jam. Check out her Skool community Skool Reviews. Diana Frank is a strategist, trusted advisor, and author. She works with executives, company owners, and generational leaders on the brink of decisions where authorship and clarity define what comes next. Her driving question is simple: Who are YOU in your business? She explores with you YOUR way forward, based on what you want and what matters most to you. Check out her Skool communities Unfair Advantage and Inner Compass. Nathaniel Parant has a wish to evoke a higher vision of what is possible when we unite our consciousness and find innovative ways of synergizing gifts. He is a polymath and inspired man, who has been Divinely inspired to finding Skool - and wishes to contribute in whatever the highest capacity he can. Check out his Skool community Light Heart Vision.

Another incredible masterclass added to the calendar!
Connection as Currency (Tuesday, Mar 24) CLASSIFIEDS members @Tommy Gan and @Éva Raposa will dig DEEP into marketing (both off and on Skool), from a connection and relationships perspective. The way you show up online can both decrease advertising costs AND help you make more *meaningful* money! CaC improves CAC: CaC = Connection as Currency CAC = Cost to Acquire a Customer About Your Hosts: Tommy Gan built a thriving consulting business... but without a website, a weak social media game, and almost all of business success and client acquisition through word of mouth. Both of his two Skool communities quickly moved to positive cash flow by leveraging the power of Skool's affiliate system. Éva Raposa has been called a "native Skooler" by CEO Sam Ovens at the most recent Skool Games mastermind. With nearly 20 years experience working in intentional online marketing, she's made Skool her primary online home since 2023. This conversation will go far deeper than the marketing and financial side and could very well change the game for how you show up on Skool.

Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

Something's coming this weekend...
I've been working on something for the past few weeks that I think is going to change everything for a lot of you. It's called the 72-Hour Cozy Reset. Not another organizing system. Not another "buy these bins" solution. This is a complete workbook that guides you through clearing: - Your physical space (Day 1) - Your mental clutter (Day 2) - Your emotional weight (Day 3) It includes: - A pattern assessment that shows you exactly WHY you accumulate clutter - Guided exercises for each day - Reflection prompts that actually get to the root cause - Tools you can use forever (Decision Filter Card, Release Permission Slip, Personal Cozy Manifesto) - Audio companion tracks to guide you through the process Here's the thing. This will very soon be a paid product. But I want to give it to this community first—the people who've been here from the beginning, supporting this vision. So this weekend, I'm releasing it for FREE to the first 100 members who claim it by April 30th. After that? It goes behind a paywall. I'll drop the link Saturday morning. Set a reminder. Because once those first 100 spots are taken, they're taken. Who's ready?

Beyond the Page: Teaching Our Kids to "Read the Room"
Take a moment and think, have you ever seen your child walk into a room and just freeze up? No? What about you, ever entered a room and just froze? It’s called anxious static when we get so worried about how they’re we’re seen we can’t actually see anyone else. It’s a common hurdle, and as we explore literacy we discover literacy doesn't end at the edge of a book; it’s also the ability to walk into a space and understand its "story." When we teach kids to "read the room," we’re building situational awareness and empathy. We’re helping them move from being self-focused to being conscious of others. This shift is a massive social safety net because it turns a scary, unknown space into a series of clues to be discovered. Here’s an activity that lets you put this concept into practice as you and your family become "detectives" in your own homes and learn how to notice the "story" of a space. Your Mission: Find 3 "clues" that tell a story about who was there recently and then reconstruct what happened. Clue 1: A half-full coffee mug on the side table. (Story: Someone was interrupted or had to leave in a hurry.) Clue 2: A single stray sock near the front door. (Story: A quick change happened for soccer practice or a muddy shoe came off fast.) Clue 3: A stack of mail left right by the keys. (Story: Someone just walked through the door and was ready to relax.) We’re sharing our "Room Detective" stories inside the community today. Join us at Connected Through Play to post the "Story" your kids came up with and help them start noticing the world around them. https://www.skool.com/connectthruplay/about
