@Michele McAlister of Optimal Health Warriors has a value-led masterclass planned for Tuesday, January 27th (check the calendar for the exact time)! It's called "3 Simple Steps to Help Fix Metabolism" and this is what she has to say about it: If you’ve been eating less and trying harder but still feel stuck with your weight, energy, or hormones, you’re not broken, your body has adapted. In this workshop, you’ll learn why traditional dieting often stops working over time, especially for women under chronic stress or with changing hormones. We’ll explore how metabolism adapts, why willpower isn’t the issue, and what to do instead. You’ll learn: - Why eating less can backfire - How stress and hormones affect metabolism - Three simple steps you can start this week This is an educational session focused on understanding your body with compassion and creating a clear path forward without another restrictive diet.

Drop-In Social Tomorrow! Are you coming?
On today's Skool news, Sam and Andrew talked about the importance of unstructured coffee chats in your community. Honest Confession: I'm great at casual conversation in-person but I absolutely suck at it online! Chock it up to too many years teaching, I don't know, but it's not my forte! Luckily, we have a once a month drop-in social where Premium members of the CLASSIFIEDS are free to jump in at any point during a 5-hour window. Meet with whomever is there, talk about whatever you want. None of it is recorded - I don't even fully know what goes on there! There's a bit of a game of chance component as well. You might show up and ten people are there, or you might show up and no one is there. Last month, I think the biggest the group got at any one point in time was 7... The best thing to do is to comment in the community that you are there, share a photo if there are a few people, tag some people, and invite others to join you. Apparently it's a lot of fun. I don't usually show up, although I have been known to pop in briefly. Why? See "honest confession" above. So mark it on your calendar, tag someone you want to connect with, and drop in tomorrow! Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Transmission Tuesday: Your Wiring Is Mineral‑Dependent
(For Everyone Watching From the Outside) Here's a taste. Not the full meal. Most people think minerals are “supplements.” In my world, they’re the electrical language of the body, and when they’re low, your system starts speaking in symptoms. Today, I’m giving you one layer of the story. Not the whole map, just enough to make your brain go, “Hold on… what?” Your Body Runs on Electricity, Not Motivation. Sorry Guys When minerals dip, your body doesn’t malfunction, it miscommunicates. A few examples: - Feeling lightheaded when you stand - Random muscle twitches - Irritability for no reason - Heart flutters that come and go - Sleep that feels like a software update that never finished These are electrical signals asking for support. I’m not breaking down the full pathways here, that’s what I do inside my community, but just know this: Your symptoms are not random. They’re patterned. And they’re readable. We've all had it happen, and it makes you crazy when it does, the “Why Is My Eyelid Doing Choreography” The Only Hint I’ll Give You Today Each mineral has a “job description” in the body. When one is low, the system compensates. Compensation looks like symptoms. That’s the entire game. If you understand the job descriptions, you understand the symptoms. If you understand the symptoms, you understand the body. And if you understand all of it, it's fixable. But most people never get past the surface. They never get past the symptoms. Why? You are handed pills. Pills that cover up the real root cause. I'm giving you a clue that there’s a whole architecture underneath.
