@Mike Gagnon super cool trailer - I was expecting the kids running by the garage to run inside the garage with all the chainsaws hanging...

@Antonia Herrerra-Valadez wow that's so cool!
How Do You Feel About...
This year I decided to stop doing everything - you know what I mean... Posting on Facebook (and then dming 9 million of my closest friends to go read the post and then hoping I didn't end up in FB jail or worse have my account shut down for triggering someone) Posting on Instagram - I, to this day, really don't understand that platform and don't even get me started on twerking on Tiktok (yeah I know that's so 2020 but tells you how "into" it I am) Linkedin? yeah, no Then there is youtube, websites, and the other bookmarking sites the list goes on and on ... Everything needing it's own specialized content 🎙️Did I mention I also host a podcast? (yep a top rated international podcast featuring coaches & spiritual entrepreneurs being the change they seek in the world) It was the podcast (and honestly my conspiracy bent👽) that got me hooked on Substack. This year I promised myself I was going to follow the rule of ones - One platform, one audience, one marketing method for one year. Substack for content distribution (cause let's be real we need to be "everywhere") it's the hub. My audience is coaches & spiritual entrepreneurs, my marketing method is Substack with the delivery happening in my Skool community and I'm all in for the whole year. 🔥In our community - the You World Order we are all about leveraging Substack, Skool & podcasts for visibility to attract premium clients What about you? What are you committed to for the next year? More of more and everywhere? Or are you looking to streamline and monetize? 📌did you know you can pin this for later to Pinterest?

@Stephanie Pick focus is so powerful
This is what it’s all about.
Tracy nailed it. We don’t just hand out recipes. We teach you the why behind every step so you can read the dough, not just watch the clock. That’s the difference between following a recipe and actually becoming a baker. This Saturday we’re proving it again. The whole Academy is baking my Big Gooey Cinnamon Rolls together, live, in real time. Tangzhong for softness. A cream pour that caramelizes the bottom. And I’m there all day answering questions as you bake. Crust & Crumb Academy is the #1 rated baking community on Skool. ProveWorth Certified. 5.0 stars. 89% engagement. 333 members and growing. It’s free to join. Come learn the why. 👉 Link here: https://www.skool.com/crust-crumb-academy-7621/about

Wired and Tired
At 2 am, when you’re wired, anxious, staring at the ceiling, wishing you had someone who understands come over to skool. I made the exact lifestyle modifications that I share to get rid of anxiety in my life! You’re not wired because you’re broken. Adjust your metabolism for clarity! You're falling off because you’re doing it alone. If you’ve tried to quit sugar before, stalled, quit, or blamed yourself, know that you’re not the problem. Most people don’t fail because of food. They stop because they lose support right when it gets hard. Being part of a community with the same goal is key. End Sugar Addiction Now is a calm, grounded community for people who want to heal their relationship with sugar and metabolic health together, without hype, shame, or propaganda. This is not a quick fix. It's a lifestyle, and lifestyles only work when people stay. Inside this community, you’ll learn how to start (or restart) with clarity, consistency, and support. This time, you will get through the uncomfortable early phase rather than quitting. Join me!

I know I need this - but I'm not willing to commit to a regime until I get back home - when you're in a stressful situation with little food control make changes can be even more difficult
While Others are Building Great Funnels, We’re Baking Bread
Over in my corner of the platform, I’m folding dough in a big wooden bowl. This is called a coil fold. It’s how we gently strengthen a wet, delicate dough. The kind used for artisan loaves and baguettes. High hydration just means there’s a lot of water in the dough, which makes great bread possible if you handle it right like Challah and baguettes. We’re not fancy. Pretty old-fashioned, actually. But there’s real science in the art of bread baking. This is what we do every day inside Crust & Crumb Academy. Come bake bread with us. https://www.skool.com/crust-crumb-academy-7621/about
