Do you want a way to increase your visibility in a meaningful way?
The CLASSIFIEDS has a by-application-only VIP Collaboration Group that opens up only once a quarter. This group is an opportunity to collaborate and cross-promote with other serious Skoolers who are niche-adjacent to you. The current group has been networking and supporting each other in amazing ways, and the benefits just keep on growing! If you think you might be interested or want to learn more, please consider attending the information session I am hosting on Tuesday. I hope to see you there! Please note that I am also hosting the How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass on Tuesday as well. These are two separate events!

Want to Promote Your Community on Our Calendar?
There are three things you need to do to teach a masterclass on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar: 1. Take the prerequisite workshop being offered here on Tuesday called How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass. 2. Become a premium member 3. Fill out the Google form to do your first class for free (subsequent masterclasses are subject to a $10 administrative fee). Here's what people had to say about the How to Teach A High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass when I taught it in January: "The masterclass yesterday was gold, exceeded my expectations and was FRESH!" J.S. "Yesterday was truly amazing. I'm blown away by your down to earth approach. Loved the session!" C.C. "The class was so refreshing and SO helpful in the step-by-step instruction on creating a Masterclass." T.V. "Def worth it!" J.L. "I have been teaching, running, writing, and creating courses for 20 years....and this workshop was a great reminder of how one or two things said by the right person @Shannon Boyer at the right time can spark something new! Thanks for being awesome Shannon!" T.P. We go live on Tuesday, but when you purchase the class for $27, you will also have access to the replay indefinitely. So, if you want to know how to create a masterclass that is full of value and can convert to paying clients and/or you would like to host your own masterclass in the CLASSIFIEDS, then you won't want to miss this opportunity. I won't be teaching it again until at least July, maybe even September depending on how summer with the kiddos goes.... Have questions? Ask them below. I'd love to answer them for you. ๐Ÿ˜Š P.S. Even if you don't want to become a premium member or teach a masterclass in the Classifieds, if you don't like sleazy sales, you'll still want to take this one!

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! ๐Ÿ˜‰ This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. To learn How to Make Your Classifeds' Posts Work Harder for You, check out this masterclass by one of our moderators, @Faith Adebayo

Why posting to an empty Skool community is still the right move
When I launched my community in June 2025, I was posting to almost no one. Turning up to calls where I was the only person in the room. Recording replays that maybe two people would ever watch. What kept me going was a simple mindset shift. I stopped thinking about who was there and started writing and speaking as if 200 people were listening. Not pretending. Just deciding that the standard wasn't going to drop because the numbers were low. I still get on calls where nobody shows. I still post the replay. I still write the post. That's not me being delusional about where the community is. That's my understanding that the people who do eventually find it will scroll back, watch the replays, read the posts, and decide whether this is worth their time based on what they see. A thin archive of abandoned content tells them one thing. A consistent body of work tells them something completely different. If your community is quiet right now, that's not a signal to ease off. It's a signal to keep the standard high anyway. The members who matter will arrive at something that looks like it was built for them. If you're running a Skool community and trying to turn it into consistent monthly revenue, this is what we work on inside the Skool Monetisation Lab. https://www.skool.com/skool-growth-lab-2540/about Des Dreckett - Skool Monetisation Lab

There Is No Perfect Chair for Your Shoulder Pain
One of the most common things people say to me when we start talking about their shoulder pain is: โ€œBut my setup is good. Iโ€™ve had an ergonomic assessment.โ€ And I understand why that feels reassuring. But human bodies arenโ€™t designed to stay fixed in one position for hours at a time, no matter how supportive the chair is. They adapt to the environment they spend most of their time in. Thatโ€™s why so many women who already do yoga, Pilates, strength work, or exercise are starting to feel the old equation stop working. The hour spent working on the body no longer fully buffers the effects of the other 95% of the day. Thatโ€™s the conversation behind my upcoming workshop: SIT ACTIVE: Make the 95% Work for Your Body Thursday 21 May 12.00 BST Weโ€™ll look at how desk life shapes the body, why shoulder pain keeps returning, and how to bring more movement, awareness, and variation into the workday itself. And if this is a conversation youโ€™re interested in, youโ€™re very welcome inside my free community, Bodywork Lab See you there Carrie
