Challenge Day 5: The #Connections Section 🗞️
Think of someone in your life who is in need of help, community, knowledge, or support. What kind of Skool group would help them? Then either search the Communities tab to find something you can recommend to them, or write a post asking if there is anyone who is offering a community that could help. Let’s start reaching outside of our own immediate worlds to start connecting those we know and love with amazing Skool communities that could bring richness to their lives. Comment below to share any connections that you are able to make! And don’t forget to join us on Tuesday for our meet and greet, the PERSONALS, where you get to talk all about your community and who you help as well as learn more about others.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. If you run a Skool group, where is it stuck?
Here's my question for you. If you already run a Skool group, where is it stuck? Are you still building out a full classroom before you open the doors? Did you launch but you're the only one posting? Have members joined, then drifted off without participating and you don't know why? I could go on… I ask because I've watched a lot of women get stuck at one of those spots, and I know how frustrating and isolating it feels. These are normal places to get hung up, so let’s talk about it to start getting you unstuck. Jump in the comments and tell me where you are. Pick the one that you’re really frustrated about and let’s try and figure it out together. I'll reply to every comment, and if I've got something useful for you, I’ll share it here. No DMs, and definitely no “do you want to jump on a call?” (I really don’t want to jump on any calls, sorry 😬) https://www.skool.com/skoolhers/about

I Was Apparently Doing Business Wrong 😬 #featurestory
I’ve built multiple six figure community based businesses before. The hilarious part is that I never really fit in with the business world. The louder everyone got…The quieter I got… my whole inner being was just like “nope, fuck that ish” The more people talked about hustle, domination, scaling, persuasion, closing… The more I found myself thinking… “Eh… I’m gonna do it my own way.” Turns out… that worked pretty damn well 😈 Not that the hustle bros are wrong, if it works for you then awesome… but it doesn’t bring my soul joy so it wasn’t for me. Guess what? There isn’t one right way to build a business. There are plenty of people who thrive on hustle culture AND I was Absofuckinglutely never going to be one of them 🤪 When I found Skool, I finally started finding the weird, quirky entrepreneurs who built businesses differently. Fix Your Funk grew out of that. I wanted a place where people could untangle their content, offers, marketing, and business without feeling like they had to trade pieces of themselves just to make it work. Because I don’t think most people need fixing. I think they need permission to stop apologizing for the parts that make them memorable. The weird laugh. The rabbit holes. The strong opinions. The “too much.” Funny how those are usually the exact things their people end up loving. The world doesn’t need another polished entrepreneur 🤮 It needs more people brave enough to stop sanding themselves down. Because the people you’re here to help don’t need another copy of somebody else. They’ve already got plenty of those. They need you. 👇🏻 What’s one piece of “normal” business advice you’ve never been able to make fit?
