If you run a Skool group, where is it stuck?
Here's my question for you. If you already run a Skool group, where is it stuck? Are you still building out a full classroom before you open the doors? Did you launch but you're the only one posting? Have members joined, then drifted off without participating and you don't know why? I could go on… I ask because I've watched a lot of women get stuck at one of those spots, and I know how frustrating and isolating it feels. These are normal places to get hung up, so let’s talk about it to start getting you unstuck. Jump in the comments and tell me where you are. Pick the one that you’re really frustrated about and let’s try and figure it out together. I'll reply to every comment, and if I've got something useful for you, I’ll share it here. No DMs, and definitely no “do you want to jump on a call?” (I really don’t want to jump on any calls, sorry 😬) https://www.skool.com/skoolhers/about

@Rebecca Bautista what are you doing to drive traffic? Are your views low or your conversions? I'm also wondering if your messaging is clear enough. The main thing I see in your about page is that you help people become more confident in talking about money. But to what end? What happens to them when they are more confident? How does that improve their life? Why do they need that confidence? I feel like your messaging is not giving a real tangible outcome, so they might not be understanding what they get by joining your group.

@Marama Elizabeth I hear you, it's frustrating. Don't worry too much about the calls. Calls are tough. As for the other things, what are you posting? Engagement is something that takes time and effort to build and you set the tone. Are you posting things that others have a reason to engage with? I know that your group is about growing your own food. Are your posts mainly educational, or do they invite conversation? Any group (other than groups like this) will have more comments than posts. So don't worry about getting them to post. Start by getting them to converse in the comments. You do that by talking to them like you're in a garden club with them, not a lecture hall. Have you gone through the engagement course in SkoolHers yet? As for them drifting off. That's normal. People join because they are excited about the topic, but once they're in, they have to do the work, and unless it's fun or they are actively improving their lives when they go in there, they lose interest. So what is there for them to do in your group? Do they have a reason to come back in regularly? Fun conversations, a challenge, a new tool, something that is engaging enough for them to want to take time out of their overstimulated life to go visit. I know that you have a lot of very valuable info in your class, but so do a lot of groups that you probably belong to that you've drifted from. Take one of your courses and do something fun or interesting with it. The sky clock looks cool. Maybe have a weekly botanical recipe you make together and everyone posts theirs. Bonus points for interesting containers. Yours is such a rich topic and there's so much to do with it. Have you asked them what they want? Maybe start posting some polls. Leave room for a "or tell me in the comments" option.

It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks!

Consistency: Why Do I Keep Falling Off? 👀
I can’t count how many times I’ve told myself, '𝘖𝘬𝘢𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘐’𝘮 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬.' It usually starts the same way - strong momentum, good intentions, then life happens. And the cycle continues: 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 > 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙥 > 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙩. After a while, I started noticing something. Somewhere along the way, consistency turned into: ➡️ doing things perfectly ➡️ never missing a day ➡️ or feeling like momentum was way too fragile and easy to lose And that mindset? It made consistency feel heavy instead of doable. So I stopped asking why I can’t stay consistent and started asking what makes consistency fall apart for me and I came up with a few things I want to share with others. This week, I’m running a 𝟱-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - not to “fix” anyone, but to practice a different way of showing up that actually worked for me. One that’s: ☑️ flexible instead of all-or-nothing ☑️ focused on returning, not restarting ☑️ built around real life, not ideal conditions This isn't a challenge to "do more" or "try harder" or “do this one thing for 5 days and you’ll forever be consistent.” It's about figuring out why your consistency breaks in the first place so you can nip it in the bud for good. If that resonates and you want to join me, you’re welcome inside The Escaper’s Lab. We’re testing this together, one small action at a time. 👉 https://www.skool.com/the-escapers-lab

0/8 I better not be put in charge of a cat!!!
Try this: Smelling
Smell different things (especially food, yum!). Close one NOSTRIL,👃 smell whatever you choose to smell. Take notice of the different aroma notes and the intensity. SWITCH ↔️ nostrils and smell it the same way. Repeat and BE AMAZED 😃 at how each nostril can pick up different nuances of aroma notes and intensity. 👉👉👉THEN Share what you smelled and discovered here! Smelling with you, Iris (Built From Thought)
