Consistency: Why Do I Keep Falling Off? 👀
I can’t count how many times I’ve told myself, '𝘖𝘬𝘢𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘐’𝘮 𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬.' It usually starts the same way - strong momentum, good intentions, then life happens. And the cycle continues: 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩 > 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙥 > 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙩. After a while, I started noticing something. Somewhere along the way, consistency turned into: ➡️ doing things perfectly ➡️ never missing a day ➡️ or feeling like momentum was way too fragile and easy to lose And that mindset? It made consistency feel heavy instead of doable. So I stopped asking why I can’t stay consistent and started asking what makes consistency fall apart for me and I came up with a few things I want to share with others. This week, I’m running a 𝟱-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - not to “fix” anyone, but to practice a different way of showing up that actually worked for me. One that’s: ☑️ flexible instead of all-or-nothing ☑️ focused on returning, not restarting ☑️ built around real life, not ideal conditions This isn't a challenge to "do more" or "try harder" or “do this one thing for 5 days and you’ll forever be consistent.” It's about figuring out why your consistency breaks in the first place so you can nip it in the bud for good. If that resonates and you want to join me, you’re welcome inside The Escaper’s Lab. We’re testing this together, one small action at a time. 👉 https://www.skool.com/the-escapers-lab

Cat Peeps Quiz Time!
How many of the following domestic cat statements did you already know: -Cats get 70-80% of their hydration from food not a water dish. -Clumping clay cat littler clumps in your cat’s lungs, stomach and bowels and it's not good. -All adult cats are lactose intolerant. -Cats are naturally crepuscular. -Onions can kill your cat within a couple hours -Cats, unless polydactyl, have five toes on front paws and four toes on the back paws. -Seafood is not an ancestral meal for cats and isn't very good for them today. -Vets see a large increase in sick and injured cats come in during the holidays. How did you do? Post your score # out of /8 below. Regardless of your score, either we need you or your need us. At the Cat Care Club we invite cat caretakers to share and learn together. Try this: Smelling
Smell different things (especially food, yum!). Close one NOSTRIL,👃 smell whatever you choose to smell. Take notice of the different aroma notes and the intensity. SWITCH ↔️ nostrils and smell it the same way. Repeat and BE AMAZED 😃 at how each nostril can pick up different nuances of aroma notes and intensity. 👉👉👉THEN Share what you smelled and discovered here! Smelling with you, Iris (Built From Thought)

🔥 STOP: The “Fix Your Blocks” Advice is Keeping You Broke and Stuck
💣MYTH: “If I just fix my blocks… everything will finally shift.” #MondayMythBuster This one keeps so many brilliant, high-achieving humans stuck in a loop. Because it sounds logical. It sounds responsible. But here’s the truth most people never hear: ❤️‍🔥TRUTH: Focusing on fixing your blocks actually reinforces the structure that created them. When you operate from: “What’s wrong with me?” or “What do I need to fix before I can finally launch/scale/earn?” …you’re unconsciously anchoring yourself to the very identity that’s trying to survive, not create. And survival can only ever produce… more survival. Here’s what that actually looks and feels like: - You spend $5,000 on a trauma healing retreat, only to have the same anxiety flare up 24 hours later. - The breakthrough you thought would change everything lasts until the next Monday morning. - You feel like you’re doing so much inner work but not actually moving the revenue needle or signing the client. That’s not failure. That’s structure. Your subconscious is wired to maintain the status quo, so if you orient around a problem, it keeps giving you more problems to solve. It believes it’s helping you. Creation lives somewhere completely different. When you choose an end result that reflects who you really are - your highest possibility - not what your wounds want you to prioritise - the structure shifts entirely. Your energy moves toward what you want… not what you’re trying to escape. And funnily enough? Most “blocks” dissolve when you’re facing the right direction. 🔥I want to know: What’s the ONE "block" you keep trying to fix that hasn't budged? Drop it in the comments below! 👇 If this is the kind of conversation that lights you up - the kind that actually gets you moving out of the loop - you’ll fit right in inside The Superconscious Switch community. We’re all about creating from power, not fixing from survival. Ready to stop fixing and start creating? Come join us and make that switch. 💛✨
