#CommunityCalendar 🗓️ - Posting Party Day 4 🎉
What’s coming up in your world? Today is about helping others discover what’s actually happening inside Skool communities right now. Your mission: Create ONE NEW POST (in Communities) and share an event happening in your community: - A live call, meetup, workshop, challenge, or recurring session - Something happening this month or on a regular schedule In your post, include: - What the event is - Who it’s for - When it happens - Why someone might want to attend Then: - Invite people to join you and share your community link. After you post: - Comment on at least 2 other event posts - Comment on what speaks to you, but also maybe choose one post that isn't getting a lot of engagement or that looks like it's the person's first time posting. Let's spread the love and encouragement! Finally: - Come back later and see which events you might want to attend or learn more about. I'm excited about this one! And even though it's been impossible to keep up with commenting on everything, I've been reading a ton!

The CLASSIFIEDS Premium Tier - Everything You Need to Know!
If you are already on the Premium tier and want to know how to make the most of it, or are thinking about upgrading, here is everything you need to know... ⭐️ 🗞️ In the Standard tier, you can post in the community once a day in any category (except for days with a hashtag prompt, then you get an extra post!). There are two kinds of acceptable community posts: "anything" promoting your Skool group, or offers that are free (freebies, free workshops, podcast promotions, your own YouTube channel promotions). You can see the list of categories in the How It Works pinned post. These "rules" are for both standard and premium members. 🌟 🗞️ Now for the additional benefits for Premium members ($3/month or $33/year) 1. Premium members are allowed to put an "ad" in the classroom to advertise anything they want - free or paid. The ad stays up for as long as they are a premium member. Ads rotate weekly. 📰 You can place your ad by creating a draft course in your own community and then copying the course key and sending it to me to copy into the Classifieds. Course keys can be found by going to the thumbnail of the course in your classroom and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Premium members also have access to all live events on the calendar. This includes meetups twice a month (called the PERSONALS) and open drop-ins once a month. 📆 The meetups are structured and focus on improving your visibility as well as helping you make connections and foster collaboration. 3. Premium members also have the opportunity to host their own free masterclass for all members on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar. This gives you the chance to provide value to the members and then pitch your group or product at the end. 💵 In order to qualify to host a masterclass, you have to first take my How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass workshop ($27). The next one is being offered on January 6th with doors opening for registration January 2nd. After taking the prerequisite workshop, the first masterclass you offer is of no charge. Subsequent masterclasses that you would like to offer will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

Would this be valuable to you?
I've been thinking a lot over the past several months about the idea of a CLASSIFIEDS Directory. I've always kind of called the Classroom our directory, but several people have mentioned that it would be nice to have things organized according to topic/industry/niche, which prompted me to ask you all about organizing the community that way (we/I decided against it for several reasons). If I were to do it, it would be one "course" in the classroom with a page for each industry. It would be available to annual premium member and VIP members (when I release VIP) with VIP members having top billing, and it would be updated monthly. Here are my concerns: 1. It would be a lot of work to create and update, and I'm not sure if the ROI would be there in terms of increased visibility. 2. There are a lot of other sites (ProveWorth and others) that are doing a great job at letting people list their communities as well as many Skool groups that now are sharing directories. Do we really need another directory??? 3. Having a course in the classroom that people can easily scroll through is already a pretty prominent visibility opportunity and it rotates weekly, so everyone has a chance to be on the first page. 4. It's a lot of work. Did I mention it's a lot of work??? 5. The only benefit above the ads already posted in the classroom would be that it could be sorted by niche. 6. Skool is going to do a lot of improving this year to searchability and discoverability, so there may no longer be a need for this in the near future. I'm going to post a picture below of what an entry would look like. I'm super curious about your thoughts! Please share below and don't hold back. All opinions are welcome! 😊

Skool doesn’t let you schedule posts… so I fixed it.
If you’ve ever missed a day of posting because life got busy, you already know the problem: Skool has no post scheduler. That’s not a “minor inconvenience.” It’s the reason most communities go quiet for days at a time. So I put together a quick guide that includes: - The simple workaround I use to schedule Skool posts (yes—actually schedule them), and - 50 plug-and-play prompts that get real replies (not crickets) Comment “PROMPTS,” and I’ll send you the link
