Since I turned Growth Boost on 48 hours ago, we've received 1 new member who promptly churned because he said he didn't like recurring subscriptions. Up until that point in time, we consistently got 2-3 new QUALIFIED members every day. Now mind you, those were free members, and we do not get a new paying member every day, so that is definitely something to take into consideration... If you were me, what would you do? I will say the part people do not like. Most of us try to win customers with one big gesture. The surprise gift. The huge bonus. The over-the-top thank you. It feels generous. It is also impossible to keep up. Then the next customer gets less, and they can tell. Chick-fil-A did not become famous for one big moment.
