Wonder What It's Like to Become a VIP Member of the CLASSIFIEDS?
If you saw the WATER COOLER drop in schedule last week and you were wondering how you too could become a VIP member and host your own hour, wait no longer - application are opening soon for our next VIP cohort. There are several benefits of being a VIP member, but the most sought after is the ability to participate in the VIP Collab Action Group. Want to learn more about all the benefits? Attend the information session on May 12 (exact time on your calendar). Can't attend live? No worries. It will be recorded. And what's even better, is that this time around applications will be collected in different categories, so if you serve parents, or women over 40, or animal lovers, or if you are in a health and wellness niche, or a hobby niche, or a business niche, you will be able to apply to collaborate with others who will compliment you instead of compete with you. I can't wait to see your application. Keep your 👀 open for application dates, and mark your calendar for the info session on May 12!

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. Make habits actually stick for your coaching clients
This is a most common failure point in coaching: Imagine your coaching client had a breakthrough. They did the hard thing. ...and two weeks later, they're right back where they started. 👉 It happens because the change wasn't “embedded”. It never became a real habit. This brings us to the final, and most crucial, step of 𝗥𝗘𝗪𝗜𝗥𝗘: 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗱. This is where the actual "rewiring" happens. If your client tries a new behaviour and you say nothing, that habit will wither and die. You can't just plant the seed and walk away. You have to be an Active Gardener. You have to water the new habit with intentional, positive feedback. 📢 Here's how you do it: 𝟭. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹. If a client does zero minutes of exercise, don't ask for sixty. Ask for five. We need to build a staircase of successes. The goal is to make the next step so easy they can't possibly fail. 𝟮. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲. If your client makes 10 sales calls and gets 10 rejections, that is a massive win. Because they showed the courage to do the uncomfortable task. That's what you reinforce. - Instead of: "𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘫𝘰𝘣 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵!" - Try: "𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘶𝘯." 𝟯. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. By starting small and relentlessly reinforcing the effort, you are building an environment where the new habit is no longer something they have to use willpower for. It's just what they do. This is the final 'R' in REWIRE: R = Recode and Embed. The Complete 𝚁𝙴𝚆𝙸𝚁𝙴 Model: - 𝙍 ecognise the Fusion - 𝙀 xpose the Frame - 𝙒 ork with Discomfort - 𝙄 dentify Value-Driven Action - 𝙍 ecode and 𝙀 mbed Look at a client you're working with right now. What is the one habit they always start but can never make stick? How can you apply “Recode and Embed” to help them this week? Drop your thoughts below 👇 This is post 5 of 5 on the REWIRE Method.

Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️
