So I bought a bottle of Superz Unique Blue (I’ll post a review of that when the weather gets a bit warmer - tldr I love it) and it came with a sample of Space Cake. I hadda try it immediately… First impression is… yummm. This is a delicious gourmand with a very vanilla buttery vibe - think gourmet vanilla cake batter made with melted butter. There’s just a slight hint of funky savory and aromatic notes -- some rich earthiness that I guess comes from the cannabis, some kind of twangy aromatics and some lift from what I’m guessing is a musk — they keep it from smelling like a Christmas candle. I’ve had it on for a few hours now and it’s going strong. It feels like a three season scent, good for all but summer. I don’t think I’d wear it to the office, but I could see it working around town at home at lunch, etc., during the day. But I think this would shine at night, especially date night. Yeah, this is so delicious… I’m not the biggest fan of gourmands (I love to smell them, but I don’t want to smell *like* them) but I have and love Absolute Aphrodisiac and this kind of scratches the same itch - sweet and creamy but with a little edge that keeps it interesting and seductive. I would consider getting a proper decant to test wear because this could be full bottle worthy — however, it would be redundant versus my AA so I think I’ll just make do and enjoy this little sample. If you’re a fan of gourmands you should definitely try to get your nose on this. Another banger from Superz!
