My lovely wife who has been getting "back" into fragrances along side me lately. Which has been fantastic. We are going through all of hers and my fragrances and looking at notes and what's we can even share back and forth. It's been a wonderful topic of mutual discussion as we both share and learn. Today she just texted me and said "I have a surprise for you". and sent this picture below. To add a little context, my wife sells clothing and other items on Poshmark, and had a bunch of credits she needed to use. (I'm not sure how that works) as she normally gets paid cash but sometimes she has these credits that we'll use for other items. She found these scents and used her credits and here we are. We both have to slow down a bit as we have to start vetting the samples etc. but I am taking this as a win!! When you have a spouse that actually wants to share a passion with you and you can reignite one of hers at the same time! 🎉 I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on the haul if you have time. But just wanted to share the win!!

I’ve had this since it first came out in 2011. It’s a very nice woody spicy fragrance that has very good performance and really is a fantastic scent. Definitely has a “few” notes. 😂 You might be surprised to learn the nose behind this frag has made a ton of other frags in some very popular houses such as Amouage. Jub XXV, Reasons and Dia. Oddly the house and frag really doesn’t get much love. At $140/100ml, I consider it a bargain in today’s market. What say you family? Anyone tried this house before?
