I have a few sample decants of this and although I've tried it several times at the H of D, I've never given it a serious wearing. This is a pretty good choice for a cool fall evening, so tonight is the night. It's a bit of a woody, aromatic frag that is both fresh and deep. I would call it elegant and versatile with maybe a little "oud" that is mass-appealing. It IS well-blended... To me it starts off with some lavender, clary sage, bergamot to give it a bright, freshing opening. Eventually I got slight leathery spice with a little sweetness. The wood notes are in the base with agarwood (Oud?), cedar and vetiver. Not surprisingly the oud is non-animalic oud and the woods are clean. Total crowd-pleaser... This is a nice mass appealing frag, but it doesn't really resonate with me. I'm not expecting more than 6 hours or so, and hopefully I'll kill the sample decant by morning with a little over-spraying. If my presumptions turn out to be wrong, I'll update you in the A.M, but don't hold your breath. 7.25 / 10.00
