For anyone who hasn't yet seen the news, Chuck Norris passed away today. I met him once back in 2012. He was a genuinely nice man and loved his fans and had a great sense of humor. A friend of mine opened a coffee shop called Kick Butt Cafe and he decorated it with tons of images of Chuck and had posters and photos of him everywhere. Chuck was kind enough to sign an autograph and mention the place to his fans, and it made my friend's entire year. So in honor of the man, the myth, the legend, I'd love for anyone who was a fan to 1). Post what you cologne you think he would have worn (I don't know if he did or not, but I'm guessing that his natural body scent was it's own perfume) 2). Post your favorite Chuck Norris joke. He was known to tell a few of his own and enjoyed hearing good ones, so I don't think it would be disrespectful, and it's a way to honor him and the joy he brought to millions of fans over a lifetime.

I had to have Memo Paris Winter Palace because it has a great tea note and wanted in my collection. I traded an item for Electimuss Trajan and Mercurial Cashmere, looking for Astrum Nova. I bought Dolce & Gabbana Intenso and Pour Homme from a great fellow member, @Frank Barnett Finally, I found Micheal Malul & Gents Scents West Loop for a really good deal and I’m looking for the last three to complete my collection.

This for me is the GOAT, in my collection. A classic winter favourite. Ever since it's release in 2015 by Carlos Benaim & Jean Christophe Hérault it's built a reputation as a heavy-hitting, cozy, high performance scent that has a touch sweetness than the original Spicebomb. Still a modern classic, with that Iconic grenade bottle.This is one of the few designer fragrances that still lives up to its Extreme title, even with modern batch variations. While the original Spicebomb is a blast of sharp black pepper and citrus, Extreme trades some of that bite for a thicker, creamier, more sophisticated dry down. A quick flash of Pimento, black pepper grapefruit gets the opening off to a great start. It’s spicy, but the citrus fades almost instantly. The core is where the extreme comes to play, with a heavy dose of cinnamon, cumin & saffron. At the base you find the soul of the fragrance. A rich blend of tobacco, bourbon vanilla, amber & Labdanum. It smells like a high-end tobacco pipe mixed with a warm vanilla latte. This will easily give you 8+ hrs in the right conditions and you will be smelling it for days from your laundry basket. It projects strongly for the first 2-3 hrs and can easily fill the room if your heavy handed with the trigger lime me. It will leave a noticeable, magnetic trail that people will catch as you walk by. Ideal for date nights, outdoor winter events, or clubbing. Is it still worth it in 2026? Hell yes. Despite newer flankers like Dark Leather & Metallic Musk, If you enjoy warm, spicy, sweet fragrances, this is a must-own for your cold-weather rotation.
