Yesterday was Challenging!!!
I went to the gym yesterday for cardio and did the treadmill for 30 minutes and rowed for 20 minutes. Today is going to be weights. Yesterday I had to go down to the 6th and 7th floor 3 different times. Went to buffet 3 times which is on 15th floor and to the gym once which is on 16th floor. My room is on the 14th floor and I figure that I went up and down about 50 flights of stairs. That is the most ever during a day. Those flights of stairs really tired me out!!! I hope that I survive the stairs during this cruise!!! LOL!!!
My Scale
You would laugh but I took my scale on the cruise. I'm showing a 2 pound loss, body fat of 17.8 and muscle of 36.4. That is the lowest body fat and the highest muscle mass my scale has ever shown. I'm going to get a body scan after 3 more training cessions and I hope that these numbers are supported!!! If they are I will feel that the cruise is proving to be a success!!!
My 75 year old mum starting in calisthenics
Mum had hip surgery recently and lost a lot of strength while waiting for the op. Walked to the park to do calisthenics with me today.

New tricks
Tried forearm stand, shoulderstand on rings and a ring hold during my play at the calisthenics park. And taught a 7 year old girl how to flip on the bars.

Cruise and the Scale
I was surprised!!! I asked my room steward if I was the only one on the cruise with their own scale. From what he said I would guess that approximately 15% bring their own scale on this cruise. WOW!!! I am not the only crazy one!!!
