Another small win for consistency
We have standardized testing today so instead of sitting at my desk watching computer screen to check that the students are on task via our software I’m walking circles around my room getting my movement mind in. Now it’s not dynamic animal flow but it’s consistent movement for roughly 40-45 mins every period. I’ll take it and I slip in some crow pose and possibly walk handstands over my lunch and plan period.

Moving body more every day
I’m taking small wins when I can get them. I worked on my crow pose and push up profession during my lunch and plan at school last week. I went to the lake this weekend and worked on negative pull ups and dead hangs. Slowly feeling like I’m incorporating movement into my life and not being as sedentary.

I’m just getting better from being sick but I was too excited to train. Not where I want to be yet but proud of what I can accomplish so far 🙌🏼

Forgot to post for Days 6 & 7 …
Life happens but I did get them done earlier in the day as I knew it would be a Challenge for me after long days at work and being in my feet all day catering. Smashed both days and feeling great!’
