Tuck planche
I have been working on Pseudo planche pushups and holds for a while now and didn’t really think that I would be able to make much progress whilst recovering from injury so I decided to work a step under tuck planche using a foam roller. Today I thought that I would just try a tuck planche and was pleasantly surprised that I could hold it despite still having a fractured finger. It feels great to be achieving something again 😊

Thanks @Zara Doering for sharing your Video! I inspected how you did it and then I attempted it again Not a "perfect" attempt however this is the first time EVER that I've been able to transition 😁 I didn't have enough strength to do it all in one smooth move but this is huge today🎉 Plus I had already done lots today (hanging , EMOM chin ups, lat pull down, rows, face pulls!) so my strength was already used up quite a bit Now I'm done for today!😊

I got my 4 pull ups, the fourth is a bit wonky but i still did it🤗 I've been consistent at 3 lately and i don't think it's just strength that I'm missing, after 3 I tend to "lock up" I'll keep doing EMOM, that helped me to get my numbers up Should I change anything in my form ❓ For now it's ok❓
