I went to the gym yesterday for cardio and did the treadmill for 30 minutes and rowed for 20 minutes. Today is going to be weights.
Yesterday I had to go down to the 6th and 7th floor 3 different times. Went to buffet 3 times which is on 15th floor and to the gym once which is on 16th floor. My room is on the 14th floor and I figure that I went up and down about 50 flights of stairs. That is the most ever during a day. Those flights of stairs really tired me out!!! I hope that I survive the stairs during this cruise!!! LOL!!!
