This community was built on 3 principles that are never changing. They are the reason this place feels different, and they are the reason we can keep building cooler and cooler things for you.
✅ Principle 1: Information is free
Everything you need to learn skills, build strength, and train smarter should be available without paywalls. The only time money comes into play is for deeper implementation, like personal programming, 1 on 1 coaching, or tools that literally cost money to run.
✅ Principle 2: Build what I wish I had
When I first started, I wanted a place where I could ask questions, get clarity, and not get trapped in a sales call. That is why we do free 1 on 1 clarity calls, and that is why the community stays open and free.
✅ Principle 3: Do the best job possible and help as many people as possible
Sometimes that means helping a lot of people a little bit. Sometimes it means helping a smaller group a lot more deeply. Either way, the goal is always impact first.
💛 Quick transparency check
Right now the community is sitting at $101 USD per month in upgrades. Nobody upgraded since last check, which is totally fine. I just like keeping this visible because the community is free, but it is not free to run.
If you ever want to support this place, the $9 plan helps a ton. It basically helps me keep the lights on while keeping the community free for as many people as possible.
And just like a menu, I will always show the options, but I will never push you.

A “Starter Month” option
This is something I would have wanted when I was starting.
Instead of committing to a full year coaching program right away, I’m considering a 1 month “starter” option around $67.
What you get is not random workouts. You get real implementation.
• I build your full program based on your goals

• You finish with clarity and a plan you can keep using
Worst case scenario, you do one month, you get a full plan, and you keep rolling with the free community.
