Since the New Year
I’ve been quiet in here lately. I finished December with a total of 1550 squats, 2000 push ups and 1550 bodyweight rows … 31 days of doing squats, push ups and bodyweight rows every day.
I started off this year doing a Somatic Yoga challenge … every day I’m doing a Somatic Yoga practice. I’m also adding in mobility work to help with my Jan challenge here of improving the comfort of a deep squat. Gotta loosen up dem hips.
