New tricks
Tried forearm stand, shoulderstand on rings and a ring hold during my play at the calisthenics park. And taught a 7 year old girl how to flip on the bars.

Supreme risings! I’m new to the group and I’m wanting to get in the best shape physically possible. I want strength, power, flexibility, and longevity. I’m looking to one day instruct others through their journey as well. One thing I want to end up mastering is the handstand and its multiple variations. My instagram is alielohimpace3311.
