This is a Behind the Scenes Sunday update with a lot happening for March. Honestly, this is shaping up to be one of the most important months for the community, even if some of the work isn’t flashy yet.
I’ll keep this clear, structured, and practical.
🚀 Big Picture First
- The Calisthenics Skill Tree App is finalized
- March will be a beta month for 1-on-1 coaching
- Onboarding is being rebuilt so new members know exactly where to start
- The goal stays the same: clarity, progress, and real support
A lot of this work is about making sure things are solid before scaling.
🌳 Skill Tree App – Current Status
The Skill Tree itself is done. The delay right now is purely technical.
- The app was flagged due to how sign-in worked
- Anonymous sign-in had to be removed
- You now need to sign in with email or Google
- I’m going through an application/appeal process to make sure everything is approved and safe
Because I now have a clearer idea of running costs, the Skill Tree stays inside the $9 tier for now. I’d love for it to be free long-term, but I need to make sure it doesn’t suddenly create a huge bill.
Once this is cleared, it will be added cleanly to the Classroom.
🧠 Coaching Program – March Beta
March will be a beta phase for 1-on-1 coaching.
This is intentional.
The goal is to make this coaching experience genuinely excellent before opening it wider.
Phase 1 – Tech & Structure
- Build your program inside the training app
- Make sure workouts, tracking, and communication all flow properly
- Test daily posting, feedback, and weekly goal-setting
Phase 2 – Coaching System
- Daily touchpoints when needed
- Video reviews and adjustments
- Clear goals tied to skills, strength, and movement
This will start completely free for a small number of people. You help me refine the system, and I coach you properly. Win-win.
I’ll be reaching out directly to a few people rather than opening the floodgates.
🧭 Onboarding Revamp (This Is a Big One)
I’m rebuilding the START HERE experience so new members don’t feel lost.
The focus:
- How to get started
- What program to follow first
- What skills to focus on
- Where to ask questions
- How to progress without guessing
This way, even if I’m not online at that exact moment, people still have direction and confidence.
