Day 6 Replay is LIVE + 29 Spots Left for Cohort 3🚨
WOW, Day 6 was a big one. The energy was unreal! If you've been resonating with this challenge but still sitting on the fence, watch the replay today. It's the clearest picture I've painted yet of what life looks like once you stop letting ADHD run the show. ⏰ Skool gets first dibs I’m giving the Skool community first access to Cohort 3 today before I share this with my email list, socials, or text list. There are 75 spots for this cohort. 46 are claimed during the live. After today, I’ll open it up to everyone else. If you know you want in, this is your chance to grab a spot before it goes wider. Here’s what to do: 1. Optionally watch the replay 2. Decide if you’re in for Cohort 3 If this challenge already shifted something in you, Cohort 3 is where we lock that shift in and build on it for 6 weeks straight. No more starting over every Monday. No more "this time will be different" promises that fade by Wednesday. Watch & grab your spot here: 👉 https://go.adhdharmony.com/ If you're still on the fence, there's a free Q&A today to ask your questions: https://www.skool.com/adhd/calendar?eid=d86b8eb15eba40c1ab2d6a3e702156a3 If you want to finish the challenge first or want information about the blueprint read this

If You Are New Here…
I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for the answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.
AD-HYPER-D
I just listened to the Blueprint videos and Jim’s story stuck with me—especially his comment about not being the “hyper kid.” That stereotype is exactly why so many people were missed. A lot of us either learned to mask early or were naturally quiet, internal processors. We weren’t disruptive, so it was assumed we just didn’t want to apply ourselves. But the “H” in ADHD isn’t about outward behavior—it’s about what’s happening in the brain. For many of us, the exhaustion comes from constant mental overactivity - a hyper brain 😊 - not physical restlessness. That’s also why meds like Ritalin don’t create some dramatic, super-focused version of ourselves. When ADHD is actually present, it often just quiets the noise—making it easier to think clearly, stay with a task, and follow through. When someone that doesn’t have ADHD uses (or abuses) such meds, they’re more likely to experience and notice dramatic effects. All of this has made me realize how important it is (at least for me) to push back on the misconceptions. ADHD isn’t just being distracted or joking “squirrel!” any more than everyday habits equal OCD. It’s more nuanced—and a lot less visible—than people think.

Hi everyone👋 Im based in the UK and Im doing my Masters in Creative Practice, and Im loving the challenge but also drowning in it. Overwhelm and imposter syndrome are both taking their toll. I've not had a formal diagnosis, but I really don't need one. My son is Autistic with ADHD, my husband is ADHD, and I am without a doubt, ADHD, though I have been treated with antidepressants for the last 40 years of my life. I'm not depressed, just ADHD. I read so much when my son was diagnosed, some of it rang true for me too, but I just thought I was projecting. There wasn't, and still isnt, a lot out there about women with ADHD, and how the issues are similar but different. As time has progressed I have realised that I fit into the niche of ADHD female, and it made my life make sense, but not easier. I am 60 this year, this is me taking my life back, and becoming a whole person. Its taken a lot of sacrifice to get here, so many missed opportunities, but I'm nearly 60 not nearly dead, so its worth a shot. It cant make the situation worse than it currently is, though I accept that change will probably bring uncertainty. I'm hoping this can be limited by having a community alongside me who is going through the same process, and that we can prop each other up if need be. I can't wait for this to start, I look forward to sharing the journey with you. Kate
