Mushroom Coffee.. Yay or Nay?
Okay but seriously… who here drinks mushroom coffee? 🍄☕😂 I’m not trying to become one with the forest, but if it helps my ADHD brain focus without making me feel like a raccoon digging through trash at 2am… I’m listening. 🤣 I want REAL answers though......What positives have YOU actually noticed? More energy? Better focus? Less anxiety? Did you suddenly become a productive woodland creature?? I have also heard weight loss goes along with this???? And negatives? I have been drinking it for a VERY SHORT TIME...BUT I DO NOT PAY for the really expensive stuff. Wondering if the less expensive stuff works like the really expensive stuff...
Forgot the reminder
Today was the first session I’ve missed. And it’s because my reminder was not set. I went and looked at every other day of the 6 weeks and they all have two reminder times. Today had none. I look forward to the replay. 🫤

📅 Daily Check-in - May 28, 2026 💭 Reflection: "I was in bed on time and fell asleep very quickly. The dog woke me during the night. I'm feeling a little flatter than I do normally and it could be down to the fact that I had a full on day yesterday starting at 3:30am. I had been on the go, ticking things off, ever since and wound up at 6pm last night. My focus doesn't feel as strong as it should be given that I made it into bed by 9pm. Today I will focus on pacing myself throughout the day especially as I have a work meeting (and I haven't had time to do much of it) and I have a coaching practice session this afternoon. My win is the fact that I made it into bed by 9pm. Just taking the littlest actions in the right direction
I'm doing the blueprint (which is more self-paced, which works better for me). My rocks are somewhat vague but measurable, at least subjectively, for me. I'm focusing on implementation and being present. I'm no longer creating plans and strategies and workflows. I'm just doing the ones I have in the hopes of getting better at them, refining them, and winning. This should have the added benefit of being more present with family, work, and life. So far I've been able to "triage" my needs. When I don't want to do something, I simplify it down and do the simplest little action towards my goals. It is working well. I'm not after an overnight transformation, but with what I'm doing now, I won't recognize myself in 2 years.
