Is it just me?
I saw a woman in town yesterday with a dark brown spaniel and a tiny, elderly white bichon Frise dog and before I knew what was happening, I said “oh, they are lovely dogs, are they twins?” and to give her full credit, she laughed and said “yes, identical twins”. Much of the time, I I know that I’ll just confuse people with what I think of as observational humour, but it comes out anyway. I feel really sorry for other people sometimes, especially my wife, who I spend nearly all my time with!

I LOVE when solicitors call. "We are looking to see if we can by your house", and in the most ridiculous voice I can muster, I say " oh my lanta sir, I have been waiting for your call my whole life"..... the pause and then GREAT! Then I will inform them "but sir, I have mold DRIPPING DOWN MY WALLS (almost crying now), sir, please come help me". Why yes ma'am, we can still buy your house..... I carried this conversation on for about 10min with the owner of my school laughing hysterically in the back ground.... but dont worry, I was on point with my fantastic acting skills (ps I never took acting, just love to be a dork).
CBT Cognitive behavioral therapy -
Is there anything here that applies to this, anyone know about this ? any discussion or body doubling possibilities? Just curious how this shows up in what we are doing. here ??

As Peggy stated, not a professional here, but I work with children within "special needs". Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented form of psychotherapy. It works on the premise that your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected. By identifying and challenging negative or unhelpful thought patterns, CBT helps you react to challenging situations in a healthier, more effective way. (That is taken from the internet saying exactly what it is) with thay said, my children (older) have a workbook CBT that helps them. I would say, pending ones thoughts on it prior to trying CBT, it really could work.
Eyebrows
Why do eyebrows appear to become sparse and lighter in colour after menopause? Also I used to have thick hair on my head and now it seems very fine. Is there anything that can help please?

Every win counts! That is awesome.. I have shared with a few people too!
Checkin/Wins this week 😊
I've been focusing on getting myself back into daily planning, this is getting easier and I've done it consistently for the last 3 weeks, I'm feeling accomplished. Another win is that I've maintained a zero inbox for my business email account for 5 days now, this feels like I'm taking back control 😉. I've also been focusing on getting to bed earlier and tracking my sleep...my sleep score is increasing. Overall I am feeling clearer, more focused and productive 😍
