I'm sharing this here because I know many of you in this community are stuck around career/purpose/starting a business. I decided to share this here as well, to help some of you who are ready for the next step. I want to make healing more accessible through technology. My Subtraction Discovery Report - Today
As usual, I'm not sure it's accurate. I may hope that it isn't, It may be and I just don't want to acknowledge it. That's another boulder for another time. The discovery report shared the following: Just did the Subtraction Discovery and realized something uncomfortable: most of what's crushing me isn't the situation itself - it's that I decided I had to carry it all alone as punishment. I've been protecting people from my burdens while quietly drowning in them. The one thing I'm subtracting this week is the silence. Not the whole boulder yet. Just the part where I refuse to let one trusted person know what I'm actually carrying. Not sure about this week. Not able to subtract yet. Soon, but not now.
