Adding an About Page Conversion Rate?
I help run the Ads Lab and am thinking it could be immensely valuable to have a future feature that shows conversion rates on our group pages. Is there any talks of that? Something like this would really help people that are running ads as it would allow them to see what part of their system needs the most work. Is it my creatives? Is it my captions? Is it my landing page? Being able to see this number at a glance would be super helpful when it comes to trying to improve our group pages tweak by tweak!

@Christopher E. I wish the about section could handle more information.
More automated DM triggers (increase client retention)
Hey @Sam Ovens & Team, I’d love the see a function where we can not only send 1 automated message when new members join the community, but also be able to set automated triggers. I think this will help a lot with the client retention. For example, When people join they now get an automated message from our community manager, but that’s the only thing we can currently automate. I’d love to be able to do things like this: - Send a message the 2nd and 3rd time they login, to “indoctrinate” them to ask for support when needed and make them feel seen as much as possible. - Setup a rule where based on the latest activity of the community member we can send messages to reel them back in and nearly force them to come back. If somebody has not logged on for X amount of days, I want to send Y message to them.  We currently have our CSM team do this manually, so a trigger would help a lot! I know that the team at Hyros have complete dashboard based on the activity and they can track the drop-off based on activity levels. Now I understand that that is a bit much for the average Joe Schmo like me, but I think this would be a great add-on to the platform from a retention perspective. Keep crushing. Franck

Great idea!
Nobody supports you like a stranger
I doubt I'm the only one who's experienced this when you started your first business Some of the people closest to you, that you thought for sure, "they've got my back, they'll support me" turned out to be your biggest critics... When I launched my first business, I had people in my close family that were perfect client avatars, who wouldn't support me and instead purchased from my competitors I could hypothesize about why, but honestly the "why" doesn't matter Just the other day, I got a DM from someone who saw my post on another creators story, reached out and bought my program after one convo....💸 I have certainly had some incredible support from a couple people in my close circle...and I've learned that sometimes the best family, is chosen family Skool is like that....we have constant feedback, encouragement, creative ideas, and access absolute experts in building communities...but most of all, everyone here believes in each other Cheesy but true 🧀 The thing about strangers is, they don't put you in a box. They don't have an idea of who they want you to be, and they don't put limitations on you

Been there!
Question
Are we allowed to swear in our videos on the about the community section people view before joining? Does skool have any rules against swearing?
