For some reason they aren't worried about protien! It was alfredo pasta which is delicious, but not necessarily the healthiest option.

Daily 10: ✅3 Mile Weighted Vest Walk Water 64 oz: ✅- using flavored water to assist has been so helpful! Protein Floor: ✅(goal: 90g) As a "hungry" gal! Protein has been an easy target for me.
