Week 3 Day 5 Daily 10: ✅3 mile run- had some calf tenderness (to be expected when increasing my running milage) Water 64 oz: ✅ Protein Floor: ✅127 (goal: 90 g) Went out of town for a couple days, and it felt great to "get back to it!"
