Music for me is for concentrating when I am working, preparing training materials, presentations. Also helps me be “into myself” when I’m in public transport.
"The Future of Innovation is Collective"

With case studies of collective social innovators from the Schwab Foundation community, this SSIR cover story offers an inspiring perspective on what it truly takes to create collective change in a fragmented world. Client Value Challenge: Kicking off with the 1st dimension: BEING
Hello community! today is the day we're kicking off the 5-dimension reverse-engineering challenge to help us all get better at communicating the tangible value and worth of the IDGs. One question we always hear is ‘’How can I convince my clients to work with the IDGs?’ But the real question to ask is ‘How do I create an offering that translates the IDGs into concrete outcomes my clients care about? Over the next few week's we’ll explore together how to embody the IDGs in a way that translates into clear, tangible outcomes your clients recognize and are willing to pay for. Together we learn how to identify and articulate your clients’ external (what they say they need), internal (what they feel), and philosophical (what they believe) challenges and reverse Engineer IDG skills into Employee’s Needs, Organizational Pain Points and relative SDG Goals. Please watch the attached video and then pick one of the BEING skills and share your reverse-engineered thoughts in this Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zLUjTaSr9l8l1CI_3s7EF1KaHi3OeSLBVlL6JRpbYts/edit?usp=sharing As soon as we have some insights, we'll discuss further in one of the next Hangouts. We look forward to co-create this IDG language with you Sarah & Nadene P.S. please post questions, reflections, things that are not clear in the comments

@Sarah Santacroce AI can be only one of the competencies. Thinking of SDG maybe that is quick learning from experience of other industries/companies, ability to adapt new skills and knowledge in order to find new ways to develop products.
Nature-inspired Inner Development
It was wonderful to connect during this morning's IDG GPN. Thank you @Nadene Canning @Marvin Maneve and @Marie Hernandez for holding the space and thoughtful prompts about how the Guide has evolved and why it matters. Last year I created a journal "23 days of nature-inspired inner development" which reflects on the 23 skills/qualities of IDG 1.0 through the lens of nature. I invite you to continue the journey with the new Inner Development Guide and all the inspiration that nature brings 🦋

On the Hangout this Tuesday: Co-Created Hope Series?
Hello again, Happy Sunday! We’d like to invite you to our next Hangout, on Tuesday, Sept 23rd, 8.30am CET. Topic: The Hope Documentary series, an alternative to the Week. I had posted summaries of each episode in this post. @Maria do Céu Bastos and I are curious if anyone else would be up for hosting a series of calls where we each host a conversation around one of the 6 topics. Here’s a quick summary (by ChatGPT, not me) of the 6 episodes: The Great Opportunity Guide: Paul Hawken This episode opens by showing three real-world cases from different regions tackling climate change. The emphasis is on how solutions already exist that both reduce emissions and lift quality of life. It aims to shift the frame from loss and sacrifice to possibility. The Power of Two Words Guide: Rob Hopkins The “two words” are “What if…”. This episode invites people to imagine different ways of doing things: how food could be grown, cities designed, transport arranged. It looks at innovative yet accessible practices — soil regeneration via fungi, rethinking mobility, designing spaces for people — all grounded in imaginative possibility.  Metamorphosis Guide: Kate Raworth Focuses on economic systems. It explores Doughnut Economics (Kate Raworth’s model) — how societies can thrive without overstepping planetary boundaries, how economies can regenerate instead of degrade. It’s about rethinking finance, consumption, growth, and measuring success beyond GDP.
