20 minutes treadmill with 6 incline 4 speed Burn 320 calories 🔥 10 minutes treadmill with 6 speed burn 90 calories Total 410 calories so today my husband was not at home so I have to take my baby with me in gym 😍it was not smooth as I imagined but I have to do it 😜😒😒😩😩 5 glass of water 💦 Dinner oats pizza 🍕 with chicken and a lot of vegetables homemade 😍 I tried first time & it turned out so good😍

I was disappeared from last some days from community first am busy Early days then I fell ill that's why am not active in community and meal updating also🫠 Now alhumdulilah I'll try to come back with proper consistently ✨ 🫀 I used to eat in portion in those days but something fluctuation happened 🫠

Achievement
I began my fitness journey on 1st January with just 10 minutes of exercise,and now I can work out for up to an hour, Alhamdulillah🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️. It’s a big achievement for me. I’ve built healthy eating habits and practice portion control while still enjoying my favorite foods. Although I recently joined the get Fit Together community, I was already committed to my journey before that and now my consistency has become even stronger❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank u for motivating me @all community members 💖 @Dn.
