📍Where is everyone from?📍
Hello Facilitators👋 I'm really curious about where everyone is from. I'd love to make this a mega post where we can see how diverse the Facilitator Club community is. Who knows, you might find a lot more people in your area than you thought! Once I have lots of answers on this post, I want to make a nice graph!

Building your own funnel
So far, I've built out different funnels to 'test my messages' and see what works best, for me. All have a calendar/booking page and email follow up. All link to my CRM and update me and the prospect by SMS. All are available on an app on my phone too. Anyone interested to see a walk through? I'd be happy to share what is working best for me and how the logic works. Such as using lead magnets and only 1 offer at a time, etc. I want to get the target and message right before I move to paid ads, otherwise I would waste a lot of money! I have a selection of pre-built templates, but tend to build my own pages using the 'drag and drop' builder. I also have 24 hour tech support on the phone and Zoom! It's dead easy. If you hate tech, feel overwhelmed or just want to see what someone else has done, happy to hop on a call, 1:1 or for a small group.

Offering Prepackaged vs Custom / On the Fly Workshop Designs?
Hey guys, it's taken me a while but I've finally started diving deeper in setting up my workshop business! Something I've been tackling with is whether to focus on marketing a few pre-packed / pre-designed workshops (such as the master recipes in Workshopper Master or something I've put together based on some activities that go well together) vs crafting a workshop specifically answering to an initial call from a prospective client. I know in theory i can offer both (I do this on my website). But my marketing / promoting energy is limited and I want to focus on one angle. What do you lean towards and what to do market? I'm keen to know what has worked and what hasn't?

@Ari Rahmati I’ve been thinking about how to market a specific workshop or offering too, as I think the broader I’m leaving it, the harder it is to niche. And yet I don’t want to cut out industries yet as what I do can be applied to most. I do wonder if a specific focused sprint like ‘Strategy Sprint’ is the direction I should go in. Since people seem to respond well to strategy work as opposed to ‘Challenge assessment’ even though assessing the challenge is what most need to do first. Also considered focusing on Offsites/leadership retreats like @Chloe Temple has.
Behind the scenes running a 450-person Facilitation Training
Hey all! We thought some of you might find it interesting to see the hard work and CHAOS that goes into running a large-scale virtual Facilitation training so we made a sort of "making of" Vlog! Let us know if you have any questions about our tech setup, we're happy to share!

I have to ask a couple question…who arranges all the technical backstage stuff for the actual event? Lighting, backdrops, screens etc? Do you guys have a crew or does the client provide that at the venue? How long did set up etc for that part take?

@Sebastian Velasquez I’ve thought the same but I love that AJ&Smart are such fans. I have to confess that Pierce Brosnan was my first celebrity crush. I had a picture of him from Remington Steele in one of my ‘scrap books’ probably late 80’s. Now I’ve aged myself🤦‍♀️. He’s still a hunk and still too old for me.
