Offering Prepackaged vs Custom / On the Fly Workshop Designs?

Hey guys, it's taken me a while but I've finally started diving deeper in setting up my workshop business!

Something I've been tackling with is whether to focus on marketing a few pre-packed / pre-designed workshops (such as the master recipes in Workshopper Master or something I've put together based on some activities that go well together) vs crafting a workshop specifically answering to an initial call from a prospective client.

I know in theory i can offer both (I do this on my website). But my marketing / promoting energy is limited and I want to focus on one angle. What do you lean towards and what to do market?

I'm keen to know what has worked and what hasn't?
