Ok I planned for a date with my husband this Friday.
We have a gift card for restaurant from my sister for Christmas we want to use and I have a ticket for 2 at the movies come with popcorn and drinks.
Here is what I am thinking 🤔
Start with normal breakfast usually 510 calories.
Plan for lunch at Swiss chalet
I’m debating between the 1/4 dinner white meat with salad or a Caesar salad with white meat with no dressing. I can bring some of my skinny girl Caesar dressing if I want but I like lettuce on its own.
Then account for some popcorn from the theatre with lots of salt and butter (delicious)
Grab either a water or zero calorie soda. 🥤
Finish up with a simple low calorie meal from home or finish some of my lunch if I didn’t finish it all.
Does that sound like a date or just more work. Are you the kind to just eat without a care on a date or vacation?
